Food is lovely - when you get it.

I travel for work and have gone here a couple of times for lunch now.

I usually just get fries or tater tots - the wait time is about 10-15 minutes but they’re delicious and you can get them with a cheese sauce which I love.

Decided I’d order a burger today as I am vegetarian and it’s hard to find a good cheeseburger with a veggie beef patty.

Ordered and paid, was told it would be ready “soon” - after waiting 20 minutes, I saw the girl from the counter go to a staff only area, and return to the kitchen with a very frozen patty that I could only assume was my vegan friendly beef style patty. I asked her, and she confirmed it had just been taken from the freezer and would be another 15+ minutes while the patty defrosted and cooked.
I did not have another 15+ minutes on my lunch break, so I asked for a refund on the burger, to which she was very rude. She then sent the boy out from the kitchen who spent a few minutes trying to figure out how much he should refund me (I paid $17.50 on card, but he refunded me only $15, in cash). This is the only spot in this food court that does “comfort” American style food, but I won’t be going back after today.

Ordered 2 burgers today after waiting for 20 min was told 'sorry your ticket fell down and we missed your order' I got a refund and left, not good enough from this place. Need more staff at peak times as every one had to wait a long time for their food. Staff had no hair nets and only had 1 or no latex glove on. Definitely won't be back. Very disorganised

I always come here but today Sunday 12/11/2023 I just been served the most disgraceful Loaded frys that where over cook soggy as they been sitting somewhere for ages not very happy.

The itsa burger was pretty good actually and came with fries which made it worth the $. Unfortunately it has the vibe of a dying business which was matched by the sad slightly scared looking person behind the counter

Had the double burger and one side was absolutely covered in sauce making it unbelievably messy, besides that was an ok burger but not worth the price.
My partner had the chicken burger and got sick as the chicken was undercooked but somehow still burnt on the outside.
Will give it a miss next time and just get sushi instead

Had an amazing experience food was 10/10 service was also amazing especially someone named tyron really went out of his way to help me and Recommend some great options!

Decent burgers for a quick service and without costing an arm or a leg. Disappointed the breakfast burger is no more, tator tots with a morning bacon & egg burger was elite! Bring this back please: (

Moody service and Pop N Chix kids meal chicken bland and dry. Old coleslaw with cold soggy chip in it. Nothing else open on new year's day

$7.50 milkshake was tiny and horrible would never buy this place again

The worst experience. My vegan son was given a beef burger with cheese after ordering a vegan burger after waiting nearly 20 mins. When I went to get it changed over I was told we had to keep the chips that had beef juice all over them and then they asked is he wanted cheese on his vegan when i laughed thinking they were joking the server started to give me cheek so I cracked it. Then I was told my son did not order that and basically said he was lying and started yelling at me telling me I’m making a big deal out of nothing! Don’t purchase from these guys in Karingal hub. Honestly the most unprofessional team and serves I have ever experienced.

The first time I ate here was not bad at all. This time was a bit of a fail… Maybe because it was a Friday? On this occasion the burger was not good. The meat patty was way over cooked and dry, and the burger itself consisted of just the patty, cheese, about 1 litre of some sort of sauce, and jalapeños. For $17? Oh well…

Ordered a couple of burgers- waited 30 minutes. Customer service was pretty ordinary and so was the burger- semi defrosted bun (gluten free). Will give it a wide birth in future.

I waited at the counter for 30 minutes and I was the only customer! What a joke! When I asked for an update on the order they said another 20 minutes! I went to the Asian restaurant next door and they made me a delicious roll in less than 3 minutes.
Was so angry because the rest of my family had finished eating 30 minutes before me and just waited. Grrr!

I've been here several times over the past few years, and I've always been satisfied. Unfortunately, it seems only dissatisfied customers are leaving reviews!

Ordered the following via Deliveroo today:
The fried chicken burger was perfect. I loved the slaw, pickles and pickle sauce.
The beef burger was excellent too.
The popcorn chicken was the highlight though – crispy, succulent, well portioned. I particularly loved the Peri Peri seasoning. The BBQ mayo sauce was delicious and smoky – accompanied the popcorn chicken well.

Unfortunately, the chips were limp and bland though.

Everything arrived warm.

Worst service. I ordered just a side of fries.and it took over 40 mins to receive my order.ridiculous. Lots of other customers were complaining on the wait. Maybe hire some more staff, and get them trained up on customer service. Won't be back.

The 15 year old teen who served me was rude and acted like he didn't give a toss about working there.took 20 minutes for this rubbish to be served to me. My child did not eat it at all. The chicken pops looked like they had been pre cooked, frozen and re cooked again a million times. They had no idea how to do a refund and in the end told me that I should just deal with it and didn't even offer anything else in return. My nephews burger that he ordered was raw in the middle and the chips that came with the meals were ridiculous! Couldn't eat majority of them as they were over cooked and had no potato left in them. Overall, a very very terrible experience and will never ever be returning and I hope they get shut down for lack of care and overly priced undercooked and overcooked food

The food is quite good, although the service is pretty plain. Often there won't be anyone at the counter and I've waited over 40 minutes for food, also forgotten to add in the extras I've paid for. For the price I expect a hotdog bun that doesn't split in half when I pick it up too.
Edit: Grand Final weekend they had a deal on which seemed good value, advertising add-ons to add to the meal, but the add-ons weren't in the register. The person taking my order didn't consult a manager, just tried to upsell me to add another side.
Either poor management or training here.

Had the king hulk burger and my wife had the classic. Really good value for money for two tasty burgers. The food was quick considering the burgers are cooked freshly and medium.
The girl working was polite too.

Was a bit sketchy due to the negative reviews here however can’t fault the burger I got from this store.

It was easily one of the freshest and tastiest burgers I’ve ever eaten and the tater tots went down a treat.

Sauces were on point, will definitely be back.

Almost died yesterday for eating from here had I bite out of the chicken burger it tasted bit funny but I thought it was just me then my misses take a bite out of the beef burger and it was completely raw from the inside and my stomach has never been in so much pain!
