I was having problems connecting my laptop (5 years old) to my WiFi. Payed the $50 for them to look at it. Was told I needed a new WiFi card and a new hard drive. Quoted around $400 + or I could buy one of their refurbished laptops. Took it away, gave it to my daughter to check it out, it's now running perfectly.and she didn't charge me a penny.

Couldn’t recommend an alternate support business. ITWifi are fine until there is an issue in which the manager is unable to admit fault and take responsibility for what his staff have said. Quotes were misleading and forced to pay after previously stating it would be free after already paying the service fee. The reason for the second charge has been changed multiple times from it taking too long to that’s just the policy - regardless of what the consumer was told. Manager Sam needs to take responsibility for what the staff have told customers and look to fixing issues that occur. Poor customer service overall and regardless of convenience will never be returning to the business and have been following up with Consumers Affairs Victoria in regards to them charging excess fees without quoting and after service forcing me to pay.

Tried resolving issue with ITWifi to no avail and was shown a clear lack of understanding and regard for my situation. Manager may even display their poor lack of customer service in a defensive response to the review as they have to all other negative reviews.

Excellent service from Sam and the other staff. Problems were easily dealt with on the spot and explanations were easy to understand. Prices were also much lower than expected. Highly recommend their services.

Sam has been the best computer guy who has come to me. So quick and explains things so I can easily understand. I highly recommend him to anyone. Makes life so much easier. Brilliant and the most efficient person ever.
