We have had serveral computers repaired here, and have been given honest advice on laptops that cannot be repaired. Ive found them very genuine to deal with, staff are always friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

I have always found IT WIFI are very helpful. I feel confident when I have to leave my computer with them as I know they will do their best to help.

I was recently experiencing difficulty with my computer while working on a very important project. After trying to resolve the issue myself I visited IT WIFI Ferntree Gully.

From the moment I approached Melissa at IT WIFI and explained my difficulties, Danny took over, listened to my explanation, then quickly determined the cause of my problem, he then worked at resolving the issue.

I certainly appreciated that all staff listened, and allowed me time, to explain the problems in my non technical way.

This is the second time I have needed their assistance, and have been very satisfied with all aspects of their service delivery. I would have no hestitaton in dealing with IT WIFI in the future.

It was a great experience dealing with the team. From the moment I walked in they were courteous and professional. My laptop had stopped working and I had a YouTube video I was working on almost completed (hours and hours of work) so it was a stressful time for me. The team were fantastic and fixed the problem quickly with a minimum of fuss. Thanks for your help.

I was thoroughly impressed and more than grateful for Sam and the team's swift assistance after I spilt cup of drink over the keyboard of my work laptop and it stopped working. Absolute nightmare scenario/I was very anxious etc.but they handled the whole situation in a really calm, professional manner and for a very reasonable fee returned my laptop to me less than 48 hours later, returned to full working order. So grateful still: 0)

Quite apart from the fact that these technicians do a great job and give great advice, the thing I love the most is that they are really helpful. Never once has any person at IT WIFI treated me like an idiot just because I am not a tech-head. After transferring piles of data onto a new computer for me recently, they invited me to contact them for tech-support as I re-set up in my home office.which I did. They were GREAT. And not just great, but kind, tolerant, patient and helpful - wonderfully helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone.

IT WIFI is a brilliant small business with excellent customer service. I have worked with them on a number of occasions helping me to set up a desktop and wifi at home during the lockdown. Also, just had them set up and install an wonderful Web cam system called logitech for zoom and other online communication. Highly recommend this organization and professionals with a big heart! Well done!

Such a great experience. Called and booked a technician and remotely a tech was very helpful knew exactly what he is doing. My computer is running is running smoother and quicker.

I had a problem with my PC not updating Office correctly. I also had an urgent job to do. Sam was very helpful and was able to fix the problem remotely. I was very pleased as this was done in a time economical way. I would recommend this business for sure.
