Brilliant friendly service. Had a broken Macbook Air, was able to get repaired in 2 days without replacing the logic board. It actually makes me confident about buying future MBs, since I can always get them repaired if I do something stupid.

My daughter's Mac book Pro 2020 was not even 2 months old when a drink exploded in her bag and leaked into the laptop. Apple wanted to charge over $1500 to repair. After desperately trying to find an alternative I came across the it-tech website and asked for a quote.
Francis responded straight away and gave me a quote for less than half of what apple were going to charge.
I shipped the laptop to Melbourne from Brisbane. She received it on the Thursday, had it repaired by Friday and we got it back on Monday in perfect working order.
I absolutely recommend!

I was so pleased to discover IT-Tech Online. They were referred to me. They knew what my problem was immediately and how to fix it. Frances is such a lovely lady, very friendly and was very happy to help, in fact, I think she got a lot of pleasure in knowing that I was happy with my "repaired" MacBook Pro. They really know everything about Apple Macs. They are extremely professional and had my Mac ready "exactly" when they said for a very good price. I'm glad I went there. The work they did was brilliant. I will certainly use them again for all of my Macbook needs, not only for repairs, but for upgrades too. They can upgrade my HDD to an SSD, so I will be calling them again soon. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I wish I could give them SIX stars.

Many thanks to Frances. She has been very professional throughout the deal. I first contacted her during the Covid lockdown time. And, she followed up me a couple of weeks later when store opened up.

She was very thoughtful to fill me with the right details and tips in each stage - be it about the work, cost, time, and even to choose which box to deliver the laptop.

There is one minor suggestion. I had a bit of trouble in keeping up with the pace of the conversation, as I am not a native English speaker (Agree that it's primarily due to my English comprehension skills). May be, that is one thing you can keep in mind.

Anyway, once again thanks a lot Frances. I am back with my favourite Mac.

Excellent service and communication! My 2011 17inch MacBook Pro with the fried GPU was repaired in 1 day and in the mail back to me. I used IT-Tech in Melbourne from Queensland because of the reviews, I'm very satisfied with the result.

My 2013 macbook pro 15" needed a new gpu and screen, i sent it to i.t tech and they had it repaired the same day it was delivered to them! Great communicatipn all the way through the process too!
