Delicious burguers and much better prices than we had found in Phillip island so far. Really cute and nice environment too. Will definitely go back!

Been there a couple times, burgers are very mediocre. Also the outdoor sauces are kept outside overnight on the street.

Such a shame, i wish it was great being local

Sorry but the burgers where not that good at all.buns where like rolls with to much flower on them, and could taste anything but sauce very disappointing
Price was ok.

Ordered the chicken salad and spicy wings - both dishes were fresh and delicious, and generous in size. It was our first time ordering from Island Burger Bar, but it definitely won’t be out last.

Worst customer service you could ask for! We placed an order for $150 and asked for two small changes to the burgers, one without tomato and one with out aioli. Then went to pay and asked if I could use some cash I had and pay the rest card, to which I got told by the owner "oh come on, hurry up we have so much to do here" I was honestly shocked. You would think that they were paying me and not the other way around. The burgers weren't worth it!

Bloody delicious, guys were short staffed due to vivid, but when the food came out it was hot and amazing. My 3 yr old son smashed his kids burger and chips! Go and enjoy!

Burgers delicious, juicy, chunky, and flavourful. The chips were SUPERB and especially the sweet potoato chips with the chilli aioli. Great customer service, epic atmosphere, outdoor dining was great, owner was great.

Great burgers. Try the Island Burger, beautifully made with lovely ingredients. Other nice food on the menu to try.

Fantastic burgers, fries and milkshake - all gluten free. The staff took extra care to check ingredients and reassure me of the level they go to for gluten free. The vibe of the place was a pleasant mix of retro and surf. Small but funky. A few tables out the front in the sun and a courtyard out the back. All reasonably priced with condiments aplenty.

This is going to become one of my regular places to visit when on the island.

Great burgers, GF was no problem. Heaters over the tables out the back for colder months. Recommend you call and reserve a table during school holidays (even winter school holidays).

The BEST hot chocolate! If you in the area, do try their hot chocolate.
The reason why I won't gave 4* because their service (especially the only guy there) was very rude. We are the group of 7people just walked in and we didnt even say any single word but the guy was telling us how busy he was and couldnt take the order right now. The way he speaks was a bit rude.

A very cozy and homely shop. Really good burgers.the bread was fresh and toasted, the salad was tossed to our liking, juicy beef and chicken. Some of the best burgers I've had in a while. Recommend

The yummiest burger I’ve had in a very long time. Quick service and the beer garden out the back with the fire pit was a perfect place to enjoy our meal. We’ll be back. And if you like pickles, the ‘Woolamai’ burger is highly rated. Thanks guys.

Wonderful place, the ambience in the beer garden is great and the burgers are juicy nice and filling. Great place to grab a bite.

Went to Phillip Island on a wet, windy day which put a real dampener on things. This place really was the silver lining. Had a garden vegie burger and the onion rings. They make the vegie patties in house, and the food was fresh and tasty. The venue has a lot of character, like the owner. It feels more like a cool mate's living room and deck. Certainly worth turning off the main road and round the corner for.

Absolute legend for being open for take away on valentines day! Everything was closed and all the better because first time trying this burger joint and it was a hit! The burgers are phenomenal, good quality produce and they have the best sweet potato chips I've ever had:) will be back!

Nice and quiet place away from the over crowded areas in Cowes. Great burgers and other food, and a nice laid back eating area out the back.

I ordered the chicken salad, which looked lovely, but the chicken was raw, like 90% raw! I took it back and said I didn't want another serve, but they brought it back out anyway on the same bed of salad they served the raw chicken on. When we ask for the money back (a friend paid) the owner said "I don't know what your problem is, there was only a little bit of raw chicken". Oh, that's ok then, I'll only get a little bit of salmonella! I get mistakes happen, but you don't serve your customers raw chicken then give them attitude for being too fussy

Do yourself a favour and avoid the summer crowds of Cowes - just 15 minutes down the road you'll find this fantastic burger bar. The beer garden out the back will help you relax and remember why you're visiting Phillip Island. The burgers are truly delicious with locally made buns (which don't leave you with that bready filling feeling), plus great options for vegetarians and vegans too. Speedy and friendly service, this is a winner.
