47Our new favourite Japanese ramen place to go! Their karaage is a must to have! Staffs are polite, friendly and helpful! Keep on the beautiful work!
Shop is way to cold (Late afternoon to evening the temperature really does drop so it’s important have the right temperature) and prices for most food items are on the steep side. However the food is awesome, I’m likely to come back for takeaway but not dine in.
Favourite place to enjoy a big bowl of ramen! GOMA q is delicious, actually so is everything off their menu. Lovely staff, 100% worth the wait.
Delicious and, from my experience, authentic Ramen. If you're a Ramen fan you shouldn't be disappointed. Nice simple menu too, which I like.
High quality ramen that tastes the same (from what I can tell) as the chain in Japan. Good quality noodles with a choice of firmness and decent to high quality ingredients. Mid range prices at around $20-25 for the "special" ramen varieties with all the toppings, or $12-15 for the limited ones.
It's quite popular though so there's generally a line, but altogether it's a nice place.
Amazing professional and friendly staff! The boss guy let us in even though they were almost closed! Super fast service and top notch Ramen! 10/10!
Amazing service, food was high quality, their signature sake was really flavourful.
Definitely worth lining up for.
Only downside is the price, its not cheap but definitely worth it if you're keen for a 5/5 ramen place.
Good ramen with quality tonkotsu broth. Come here for lunch regularly as I miss the ramen in Japan and this satisfies my craving.
Really great place. I came here last week, right before it opened, and there was already a massive line! Rightfully so, for a great place with great food. Authentic Japanese service. You won't regret trying the chicken buns, which are seriously to die for
Oh em gee. Best ramen in Melbourne. Got myself a loyalty card as well as I'll be coming back here.
The ramen was quite disappointing. I ordered one ramen for take-away on Easi and what I got was only a little noodles, one second of what we can get as one serve in Boduo or other ramen restaurant. What is worse, I ordered one extra noodle but it looked different from the another one. Actually.it was more like instant noodles which were curly and the taste was not ok. No need to mention the missing egg we ordered. The cause might be it's for take-away. Hope you can make some improvements.
Definitely a must go if you are looking for japanese cuisine with culture. Staff are very polite and will greet you and thank you in japanese. One of the best places if bot the best place I have eaten out at and i continue to go back constantly.
Great Service and atmosphere. Tried the Shiromaru, Akamaru and Bonito. Noodles are very good. Broth has strong umami but too salty. Overall 5*.
Gets quite busy and you might have to queue up for a little bit.
But once seated, the food was great. Takoyaki wasn't as great as I expected but Japan does keep the expectations quite high.
Chicken curry was not as impressive, but traditional Ramen was amazing. Ramen did take a while to be served, probably lost in order.
Staff is very nice and would come back to train a different offering of Ramen.
This was my second time with ramen. I loved the ambiance and the authentic vibe. Service was prompt and courteous. Had great experience and would love to go again. I tried vegetarian dish and was not disappointed
I brought an Aussie Italian friend here for his FIRST ever ramen, and the experience changed his life. It just, blew him away~
The madlad actually drained the bowl, noods, pork, eggs, bamboo shoots AND the broth.
They only do hakata style ramen, but that's all they really need.
For other Japanese foods, they offer stuff like donburi, buns, curry rice, and the typic side dishes you'll find in most Japanese restaurants. (Think gyoza, karaage etc.)
A great place for some delicious ramen AND, they offer sparkling water! How cool is that? !
One of my favourite ramen restaurants in Melb. Both the noodles and the broth are so good and the staff are also friendly and nice.
Food wasnt great. Not great for young toddler as high chair didnt hv seat belt attach to it. Didnt like the lighting as its quiet dark inside
Food was okay for me the soup was so light copare with other ramen shop.staffs was friendly.felt like little bit over price.
Highly rate Ippudo! Ramen is always delicious and service from the staff is always friendly and welcoming! Never disappoints
