Institute of Health and Nursing Australia (IHNA CBD Campus) reviews
53Supportive and friendly all staff, experianced teaching staff, admin staff including mangement team. Sara reddy and tracy is our mental health tutor very promotive and providing all explanation with detail examples
Just completed my Certificate IV in Health Administration with these guys! This was the first qualification I did in Australia. The teachers and staff where supportive and helpful. They arranged the placements for me and I got a job offer from the GP center where I did my placements. Campus was located conveniently in CBD. Only a short walk from the flinders station. Really happy with services and highly recommend IHNA. Thanks for helping me start my career in health care.
Bhakti Patel is an exceptional Administrative officer that I was fortunate to get her guidance. On the first day, she organizes us the course and patiently answered each of our questions. She had everything organized for us on the first day, such as the course materials, identity card and the housekeeping.
Bhakti is an incredible organizer that helped each one of us from the beginning till the end. During the nine months of my course at IHNA Heidelberg, she has supported myself and others in my batch. Once we completed our class, she called each one of us to arrange a placement. Overall I’d like to mention that Bhakti is a committed, hard-working, and an inspirational role model for all students at IHNA.
Had a good time with my course in IHNA CBD Campus, the staff are really helpful. They helped me with my placement, thanking Arun and Melwin.:)
Absolutely appalling, the question for the assignments don't make sense.and the time table for the classes are disorganized. The department of education should investigate this "school"
Amazing place to learn even under the stress of covid19. You get out of the certificate what you put in!
I am now working within a hospital within one week of getting my completed results back of my course. The ink on my certificate has not even dried yet!
This is thanks to the teachers and staff that helped me to get there. I gave 100% they gave 100%, they also gave me a great reference when finding a job.
Would recommend to everyone.
Dr Arun is a great teacher and professional person and a good man thanks to you and Nirmal Mathews for all you help and time.
I highly recommended IHNA for all types of students. The classes are well managed even in the COVID situation. I got to know about this college because I live very close to one of the campuses for over 10 years. I was informed about the admission pr.cess and the application fees from one of my friends, I applied to 4 other colleges before joining here. Still, I chose this college because it looked fascinating. Amicable admission staff and it was easy to fill-up the form electronically. I finished my course yesterday, and I am so happy about the overall experience.
COURSE CURRICULUM - The staff are pretty cool, they're all knowledgeable, and some are actually in that line of work. Thank you IHNA, for all the support you have given.
Cheers!
Amanda
Very helpful staff, the teachers are always there to help you work through the course work and have a great campus to study at.
THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! When I tried calling them back they wouldn't answer and they would also hang up on me when I needed help. They wouldn't help me when I was studying a course, they expected me to do everything myself. They didn't provide any module or further information during remote learning. Staff cant speak English well nor write or read properly. THEY DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN!
I had a great learning experience and the course coordinators were great and
great help from Bhakti.
DISCRIMINATION BIG TIME!
Went on the online chat and explained I have a hearong problem so cant speak on phone, then the pers okn went on about how am i supposed to do the course and that i cant work in that industry woth a hearong problem! The person was EXTREMELY RUDE! And DISCRIMINITIVE! I don't recommend even enquiry at this place, made me feel worthless, they have no right to tell me that when they dont know me! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I give it zero stars!
Attention CEO
My name is Sonia. I called IHNA North Melbourne Campus to enquire about Diploma of Nursing. A staff named Poorvi advised me to send email with my transcript to see if i can get credit exemptions and since then i have been trying to call all your campuses but no one pickup the call or says that poorvi will call me back but no luck yet.
I'm not sure if your team is active enough to do their jobs or not:
