In IHNA Cert III in Sterilisation Services is the best course that I ever completed. The teacher Jo is the best teacher and she’s updated personal and very broad minded with Sterilisation services as well as a great mum.

I had the best experience from IHNA both during my course and work placement. There was a friendly environment with lots of help given to progress through the courseware. Josephine Robarts [Instructor CSSD] was tremendously helpful during the whole course and also helped me navigate the job application, resume preparation and how to take interviews individually. I was apprehensive at first when I joined the course but this was perhaps one of the best experiences I had around educating myself. The first interview after completing my work placement landed me my job. I cannot be anymore happier with the outcomes and would highly recommend the institute and the course.

Very bad organisation, happy to enrol you in the course and take your money and then you will left behind and nobody will help you and they will just provide the wrong information. Teacher was very rude and is hard to understand when they talk in class.so I de died to walk away from this place and enrol to another serious and professional school.
This school should be reported to the Australian standards of education.

I did the certificate three of instrument sterilisation course under Jo from IHNA institute and had a fabulous time being taught from such a great mentor. She was very easy to understand and made this course interesting to learn while also being immensely helpful.
