23As a participant of the NDIS, I have found Instacare's service to be like a roller coaster ride. Some days it is great, and other days, it is like being punished for no reason whatsoever. There is NO communication between their staff, which leads to accounts not getting paid. My support workers have all echoed the same sentiment. I really wish it had worked out. A few bad seeds in the company have ruined it for me. Time for some gardening, I say! As for the accounts team - the most unprofessional bunch of looney's!
Instacare have made the transition to the NDIS so smooth. Our Support Coordinator has been great, best part is they are independent and gave us options of different providers. We also use them for Plan Management and they always pay providers quickly and communicate clearly. Best decision we ever made moving to Instacare. Keep up the great work. Liz
I have been using Instacare to manage my son's NDIS plan for the last 12 months. Very happy with them so far. Providers being paid promptly and monthly reports for me. Very happy with them so far.
