Been with them since 2018. Everything was great, but now they won't approve any low cost items without me having to go into a doctor and get a letter to say that I need the item. What a joke. Not only that, 3 weeks ago I called them to see how much funding I had left in my core. They said, heaps, over 30k. Then I just got an email from them saying that I'm now low in funding. That's because, who ever I spoke to on that day, looked at the funding for 2024, then recited that. So in reality, I had no funding left in my core for 2023. I have now spent over 16k of next years funding. I shouldn't have to ask for permission to order an ndis approved product either, that is a low cost item. I'm paying you people alot of MY FUNDING to approve low cost items. If you don't start doing what I request, I will go elsewhere.

Progressive and humanistic service who really care. So important in this industry. I feel cared about, safe, & well looked after by these guys. If your current provider isn’t friendly, blocks all your requests, and treats you like a number, change plan managers! Remember YOU have a choice. I just emailed these guys with silly questions & they called back in 5 minutes! They were caring, patient & explained things to me softly. They really understand me individually, unlike other providers who treat ya like an idiot even though they know you’re disadvantaged. I’m so happy I’ll never change and can’t recommend them enough. Instacare have been really good plan managers for us. They deal with things promptly and provide information effectively. I recently got a lot of help from Jessica which enabled me to use the funds we have effectively to meet our needs. It was more than just processing the accounts. Thank you!

Have been with Instacare for a few years now as they are our plan managers. This is the first time using the Instacare store and it was absolutely amazing. Website is super easy to use from finding what you need to checking out it is one of the better platforms to use especially if you are a client of Instacare, it makes it a breeze. Highly recommend.

I was new to NDIS in June 2020, & my physio recommended Instacare to assist me with navigating the system. The team at Instacare has provided plan management & support coordination for me, & have been extremely helpful: efficient, informative & compassionate, along with their easy-to-use app to give you a realtime view of how your plan & budget is progressing. I'd highly recommend Instacare to anybody needing assistance with NDIS.

I've been recommended using Instacare by a social worker at the Royal Talbot when I did my rehab there. She gave me a list of providers but Instacare was highly recommended due to many positive feedback. The other advantage is they do plan management and support coordination both under one roof and to my knowledge no other companies do both services. This is my 3rd year with them and had no problem in dealings. I get notifications and monthly reports of my funding where is easy to understand. I'm in contact more with my support coordinator throughout my NDIS plans and my current support coordinator Dan he's very helpful and dedicated to his work. I would recommend anyone needs a support coordinator & plan manager to give Instacare a try.

I have experienced a very professional team of people with excellent understanding of how the NDIS works and the speed at which the invoices are paid plus the constant communication via email and phone also regular clear to read up dates on the budget of percentages spent and what is left and if on target to meet my sons needs and expectations.

Very bad service, signed up weeks ago and no one ever bother to call, I called couple of times and left message, receptionist said someone is allocated for me and they will get them to call me and still no one called. Now I am regretting signing up with them!
