Brett is really an expert in his job. Very friendly and patient. We used his services for the inspection of 2 houses.
He was exceptional in performing the inspections and he made sure to cover each and every part of the house. Brett is undoubtedly the best building & pest inspector in Melbourne. I used InspectEast for a recent purchase and previously for a pre-auction inspection and I am indeed thankful that I engaged Brett for those. A little expense can often save you from major risks. In case of Brett, that's money well spent. Brett is a courteous person who understands his clients' requirements and gives genuine advice within his limits. On both occasions he provided an extensive report detailing everything that could be of concern. His report includes pictures, notes and highlights where necessary.
