Experience couldn't have been better. Great service and coffee table is awesome. Custom built with all aspects finished to an extremely high level. Looking forward to engaging with Ingrain for our next piece of furniture.

My experience of this company couldn’t be worse. I ordered some side tables in July and they still haven’t arrived (in December). I strongly strongly encourage you to go somewhere else. I never post public reviews, but the sheer unpleasantness of this experience has driven me to it.

We received our sidetables this morning and they are PERFECT. My husband is very happy as this was a christmas present for him. If you need something of quality crafted and can be flexible with lead times (as timelines are quite fluid), Ingrain are definitely worth talking too.

Ingrain Designs created a desk for our home which, functionally and aesthetically, met and, indeed, exceeded our every expectation - it looks great! It did take longer than I’d anticipated but, as it turned out, the superior results made the wait worthwhile.

We ordered a custom vanity and the team were great at answering queries, making sure we made good decisions and that it arrived when it said it would. It’s a stunning product and we love our vanity so much. Would buy again in a heartbeat!

These guys deliver exceptional products and service to go with them. So happy with all of our custom vanities, desks and tabletops we got for our new home. Will post some pics of our house shortly also.

Positives - nice vanity, as described (premium price, but I don't mind paying for quality)

Negatives - pretty much everything else. Ordered in June, delivered in October. Don't believe the timeframe guarantee. Only found out that there was a delay after I called the showroom multiple times, no contact from them to let me know there was an issue sourcing wood. Many promises made regards delivery date, which never came to fruition. Delivery dramas despite calls from myself and my builder. Gave some feedback over a month ago to someone I assume was an owner.lots of promises made then and zero have been followed through.

It's a nice vanity but it's by far and away been the most stressful part of my new build. There are lots of other companies making products similar to this out there. I'd suggest trying one of them.

Made an appointment to visit the showroom 2 days ago. Arrived on time to knock on the closed door.waited for 5 minutes then gave the office a call. Apparently they are waiting for me to come tomorrow.
What was frustrating - I have not received an apology or even "sorry" of any kind. Just like it's normal practice. Apparently customer is always wrong with some businesses.

The workmanship is amazing and delivery time for totally custom furniture was great. Thanks so much to the ingrain team!
