I think this place is an awesome place to bring the kids and a great Idea and place to have a kids get together or birthday party.

We had a 6th birthday party here, and it was an excellent choice. A really good price for what it is, nice and clean, plenty of room for 20 kids, and it wasn't too busy. Heaps of different inflatables for the kids to play and jump on, they had a great time and still wanted to keep playing even when the party was over.

The venue allowed us to bring our own food in which is a huge plus as it also made it easier and cheaper for us.

The staff were extra helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help us out.

The place needs an over haul, I never like to write bad reviews but the state of the venue is not very good. When having a birthday be vigilant site the venue first as they only have allocated table space which you have to clear off after 90min. Table spaces are not great forget about decorating its in an open area

Excellent party venue for kids, great value and rides. I did my daughter's 10th birthday and all kids and parents had amazing experience. Thanks werribee Inflatable world

Great place for jumping beans!

Obstacle course, high beams to balance on, climbing, basketball hoops, slides.all about bouncing!

We went there for a private function: we had a great experience with the staff and owners.

Excellent place to take the kids to have them burn off some energy. Pack lots of snacks and water! For the entry price you get two hours of fun time though we were not adviced at all when we got there at about 2pm that they will be closing at 3pm. Also, it could really do with a good clean up!

Over priced and without any atmosphere. Seems like they hire a warehouse hire some inflatable equipment charge you so much and that's it. Food is way too expensive and if you are looking for staff for some help, forget about it. Btw the following post is not about me. It was just myself and my two children. No party just our first time to visit. And I stand by my comment. Don't waste your money

An amazing space for all.ages to run off their energy. We attended a birthday party and it was well organised

Children liked the venue for our boy's 5th but we had to vacate our tables early and got overcharged a little bit.

The place in general is good for kids but when it comes to having a birthday party was not at all impressed. The food was below standard and extremely overpriced. I paid extra $50 for two extra children ridiculous!

This is a great place for kids to have fun. Even adults can use the rides:) It has good parking space too.

So here I am at at a birthday party today with my children and used their $2 vending machine to get a ball with a prize for my child. The ball was sealed with the prize in it. Upon opening the wrapping of the prize looked as if it was used. It was cut open. I showed the staff this and one of them didn’t stop rolling her eyes. Very rude and unprofessional instead of just offering an apology. Gave me a chocolate bar instead which was not the point I wasn’t seeking compensation for a measly $2 but a bit of customer service doesn’t go astray.

It’s good place for kids to play, very spacious and has a lots of different equipment. But coffee and food is awful

Kids have a ball, ventilation and aircon not the best.gets bit hot and stuffy. Seats are uncomfortable if Ur sitting and waiting for Ur kiddos.

Came here for my nieces birthday, everything was fine, were clearing up the tables and my sister in law is taking things to the car and saying her goodbyes to her in laws, we have barely even gotten off the tables and One of the staff tells me that we need to pay at reception and I told her yes ok.my sister in law is taking some things into the car and she says ok, 10 minutes later another staff member comes and says "someone needs to pay for the party" we tell her the same thing and she then proceeds to say "right now, someone needs to go now and pay now" like omg as if were going to all leave while our children are jumping still! We actually felt as if they judged us just because we were pacific islanders, and to find out not long after from one of the older nieces that she heard the staff talking about our group! Our whole family literally left! Just wasn't as fun anymore.felt like we were looked at as if we were criminals or something. So 1 star just because the place was fun for the children, as for experience and everything else.real let down.very disappointed.

. Owner was very unprofessional and rude. Our guest very not allowed to enter the play centre saying that they didn't have guest list.plus asked us to pay the bills in middle of the party.

Friendly staff, lady behind the counter (didn't catch her name) was absolutely beautiful. Such a nice person & more then happy to have a laugh & chat with my nephews.
The place itself is worth the price, little bummed on the variety of food options but other then that its a great place to take the kids.

Good fun. My two were probably a little to young (only 2 and 3) even though they have a section for under 5s allot of big kids were still running in and out which wasn't ideal for the little ones so really needed to stay with them so wouldn't be bowled over. Lots if activities and things to bounce on. Was tiring but fun overall!

Attended a birthday party here and the hosts were great, staffing numbers were good and the equipment looked safe and clean. Only issue we had was trying to get food for other guests who werent catered for when the other kids were eating as they No longer have a cafe inside and the one located in the complex was shut.

It was great experience, but at a point feels like it was overly busy, which was like the place was bombarded with people. Ordered coffee which took more than half an hour to deliver. But other than that it is a good place for kids.
