Inflatable World Werribee

I booked a party room at this facility for my son’s birthday. He has disability. I feel remarkably aggrieved mentioning this as it’s no one’s business but mine. I was told when booking to start cake cutting at 1;30 into a 12: 00 booking. At 1: 40 we were told to start packing up. This after spending $240 without catering. This place is a rip off. If you don’t fit into their ideal party booking of in and out forget about this place. Staff were remarkably insensitive. At 1.40 I was reminded of my obligation to pay in front of guests which is just plain rude and belittling. A male staff member started moving furniture around getting the space ready for the next booking while we were trying to celebrate my son’s birthday. I cannot express in words how angry and disappointed we are with this establishment. I will never take my son back to this place.
If I could post 0 stars I would. There are much better options out west. Even a local park on a sunny would be better.

They have plenty of play area which kids would love it.
But, their food service is very very bad. A tea cup size of fries is 5$ and the cup is not full. Doesn’t taste good either. They don’t know to make fries. Not sure how good at making other foods.

It was amazing easy place to spend and waste time with friends would 100 percent agree with 5 stars

We celebrated my daughters 10th birthday tonight at inflatable World Werribee. The staff were so lovely. The 2 guys that helped our family were Nate and Shaz and they were the loveliest guys. Everything was setup and ready to go when we got there. The boys were accomodating and cleaned up our mess for us. They even helped set up our food. Super helpful. The kids had the best time too. Thank you so much! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a low maintenance no fuss birthday.

Amazing place! My son loved it. Way there then the then mayrbanong one.
Only issue i had was lack of staff imposing restrictions on bigger kids invading the under 5s jumping castle. My son was knocked over and was in tears becuse of this

Good fun but the hygiene was substandard. Dingy ceilings and walls with lot of cob webs and dust. Sometimes to improve, Though it’s quite reasonable and fun

Not alot of great things to say about this place but if you can avoid organising a birthday party there then do it

The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years - quite disgusting. No coffee available for parents and the staff were completely inattentive.

I had my son's bday party at this place and it was dirty, crowded and food was bad, expensive not worth it. Not coming back again.

Good for an hour of running about. Id suggest 5+ years as not overly suited to little ones.

We have celebrated our son's birthday there, place is okay but service was rubbish. We have been served overcooked spring rolls. And owner was arguing. "did you eat it? She breaks a spring roll and said it's okay. If they would not look like this, they would be undercooked. " After arguing she agrees to do another batch of it and it comes undercooked and cold in middle. It was so embarrassing in front of our guests, no body ate it as it didn't look appealing at all. They charged us for that still.

Never going to visit there again.

Great fun but U have to payfull price weather it's for the 2hr session or half hour so make sure u arrive at the start off each season.half the inflatable on the site are not there or just weren't out for people to use

Place is really dirty looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. Rules aren’t enforced with big kids playing rough in the toddler area. The back door can be opened and closed anytime straight to the car park, any kid could easily left the building or kidnap. Mentioned this to the staff but they did not do anything. My daughter injured herself and one staff was too busy and asked me to get it my self and the next staff said that they dont do ice pack. I noticed that there’s ice bags in the ice cream freezer and ended up grabbing it myself, so maybe management need to further train their new staff properly. Then it started to rain outside and some part of the roof started to leak.

Children enjoyed it.but the staff are rude and very pushy and rush you.they made us feel unwelcome and it felt so unorganised and music is to loud so forget about talking to anyone unless you want to yell constantly

We have held birthday parties here and attended birthday parties here Parties run very smoothly. Kids have a great time.

Wasn't thrilled, very little signage and wasnt sure i was even in the right place. The set up wasn't amazing, definitely not easy to watch your kids. Cafe was underwhelming with very little on offer. Inattentive staff, i found a lost kid out near the front door crying and alone (obviously) that the young staff walked past 3 times and paid no attention too, literally had to get staff attention and clearly state this child is lost and find her parents myself! It was kinda dirty and felt gross being there. I wouldn't be in a rush to go back

Okay for kids to play. Food platter not recommended to buy. Bought chicken nuggets and chips for a party and both were extremely bad.

Very spacious and cool play centre! We had birthday party here and they have arranged very well on time.
All Of our party kids enjoyed a lot! Good customer service. I think it’s underrated play centre in the west in fact it’s the best!

First time attending the today and I was quiet shocked at how run down the venue is, the toilets were terrible given we live in covid times, the cafe only offered fried food and nothing fresh or healthy at all. The inflatable were all squashed in and tho whole place just felt dirty to be honest. Will not be coming back: (

There is not a lot of signage for this venue, which is a sports centre when not being used as an inflatable party place. Plenty of parking and sufficiently staffed. Needs better air-conditioning as was extremely hot.
