Ines wine bar was amazing.the staff, service, food and drink were all perfect for our night out.

Cannot recommend this place enough and the staff here are just wonderful! The food is absolutely delicious and while I can recommend it all, my favourite by far is the dessert! The bomb Alaska is one of a kind - seriously the best dessert in town! Never disappointed with this place. Our favourite!

Fabulous service as always. One of my favourite places to enjoy lunch, dinner, nibbles or just gorgeous cocktails tailor-made to your liking. Food always delicious and a unique menu that always delivers. Mother's Day service yesterday was 5 stars -> 5 stars every time.

Excellent variety of quality wines by the glass without over the top prices.professional yet friendly and relaxed service. Comfortable stylish space and an interesting and pleasing eclectic mix of music. Ideal for dates or a group of friends. It's becoming a real favourite of mine.

My favourite local establishment along Chapel St, Ines is seriously underrated quality food with friendly service. The crab tagliolini and beef tartar are a MUST but I’m also looking forward to the specials when I get back!

Following the harsh Melbourne lockdown of 2021, virtually all Melbourne restaurants I have frequented have been riddled with issues ranging from understaffing to underwhelming food.

Ines wine bar bucked the trend delivering superbly presented and mouth watering dishes, accompanied by a fantastic drinks menu and staff who are experts in their trade.

The pappardelle special, perfectly balanced with truffle and garlic, and the lobster roll were the highlights of the night and the attentiveness and experience of the wait staff was so refreshing.

Highly recommend for couples and groups alike.

We did the Valentines Day Edition which serves up: Four course chefs menu starts with their decadent caviar service followed by a choice of entrees and mains and finishes with dessert. ($98pp) + can add $$ for wine parings

2. Selected Entree - Kingfish Crudo: Torched hiramasa Kingfish, caviar, cucumber & buttermilk

- Gippsland Eye Fillet Steak: served with duck fat potatoes, 7 herb butter & red wine jus

The Highlight of the night was the Steak it was delicious those duck-fat roasted potatoes tho? However all dishes was incredible, would definitely come back here again! The staff was amazing very accommodating which made our entire night so memorable

Very underrated wine bar on the Windsor end of Chapel Street. THE BEST FOOD! A year later my best friend and I still talk about the crab pasta and steak tartar. Beautiful range of local and international wines, plenty of European / French varietals. Great Chardonnay and Chablis. Sit on the street or at the window and watch the world go by. Service is great. Go check it out yourself!

I'd been wanting to visit this venue for twelve plus months. Thanks to multiple lockdowns and stuff, it didn't happen till Easter Saturday. It was more than worth the wait. We had a stellar experience, from the cocktails to start to the brilliant champagne and an exceptional meal with superb wine. I'll be going back, hopefully many times. Highly recommended.

This is our kind of place. Cosy, friendly, great food and wine. Quiet enough to talk, but still buzzing. The staff left us alone to chat, but were never far away if we needed them. We will be back!

Perfect date night spot. Dimly lit, with a romantic old world vibe. Service was great. Food was impeccable. The portions were generous, I ordered the crab tagliolini, my husband ordered the scotch fillet with duck fat potatoes, and we also ordered the panzanella with burrata to share which had these amazing little balsamic gels hidden throughout an absolute 10/10 and we can’t wait to go back.

Group of 4 booked a table for New Year's Eve dinner. We absolutely loved the set menu - the food was delicious; and much to our relief the waiter and chef were able to advise on low FODMAP friendly options.
Also must mention the wait staff were both super friendly, and great for some banter - which we really appreciated.

We absolutely loved Ines! The food was so delicious. We went in for their Wednesday date night special. The steak was mouth watering, and the duck fat potatoes were delicious; so was the salad and the mushroom arancini. We had it with a delicious Italian red. Yes, please. We will be back!
