Unfortunately for us we had a most unpleasant experience with Indigo. To make a very long story short they missed a blind in our house. When we tried to get them back out to finish they constantly took messages and never called us back. After enitially claiming that we never wanted the blind in the first place saying they never even took the measurements for that reason, they suddenly later found the measurements after I told them they’d have to come back and measure it again. Furthermore they said they were going to have to charge an extra $200 fee for working off a ladder at that height, (never mentioned prior by anyone, more they are probably trying to cover there time for a return trip?)
My sister rang up the manager most displeased with this saying they hadn’t been returning our calls or voice mails. The manager said she was lying and that we had never called them in the first place and said “you’re not my customer your brother is” and hung up
on my sister. Our house is now left incomplete and we are going to go through another company to finish.
We have just just built a house from start to finish and indigo blinds are without a doubt the worst and most unprofessional service we have used
