The Indigo Blinds reffered to me by one of my friend. They have a wide range of selection. The sales team Niro is happy to helps you with the selection, and his knowledge on this is exceptional. The Admin and install team also showed professionalism and workmanship for my installation. If you are looking for blinds or curtains I would strongly recommend you to give a call to Niro.

One of the best service i have encountered. Niro was our salesperson and provided us all the care customer should get. There were follow ups, ETA update and after sales feedback. The measurements for curtain and blinds were perfect. Could ask for more.

*Update* We were contacted about replacing the blind that needed repairing, I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name (perhaps the owner) but he came before work and picked up the blind and came back after work to install it which was appreciated. I’ve changed my rating to a four as we love the quality of the product which doesn’t reflect on the level of customer service we received in the beginning.

Great service initially, customer service after first appointment was very poor. Delays (which we know can’t be helped) but if you can’t guarantee things to be installed by certain date you shouldn’t promise. Overall happy with product but we are still waiting for a blind to be replaced which we were told someone would be coming out to do on the third (which they didn’t and haven’t heard anything) Sick of chasing things up and having to ring constantly to see what’s happening.

Overcommitted people first they take business from you. I paid him all his money but still waiting he has to change the defective plantation shutter. No ph call no message nothing from his side. Rang him few times no response.
I was convinced when he done job at my brothers place. He got few references from us. Never gave call back. I am still waiting call back from this person. He has to change plantation shutter.
Still waiting its now more than 4 months. Its better to pay more atleast you get service.

Finally this plantation shutters is installed by one of his professional.
He done a perfect job.
I am posting this after 2 months approximately.
But I am surprised as soon I posted the real comment I got ph call from owner. So my friends nutshell in future if you are not satisfied with quality of work better leave a real comment.

Nice service, good price. Gave me onsite quotation with discounts for blinds and installed them the following week. Overall happy but the installation of the rollers could be little neater. I recommend them.

Disgusting service. Stay away at all costs. The manager is extremely rude and arrogant and she does not know what she's doing.blinds were crooked, did not sit properly, do not come up and down properly. Absolute trash. If you want to waste your money come here

After seeing some of the reviews I thought this place would be good.little did I know half of these were fake. Saw the lady herself writing reviews when I was at her desk. The place is not good at all.to install the guy changed the date 4 times, then he arrived at 8pm, mind you the book was for 10am that day he did a horrible job.come here and lose your money because you'll 100% have to go elsewhere.two weeks and they're already falling apart and they refuse to fix them.good luck

Quality and price were great! Indigo Blinds have their own factory so they can customise more than other companies; we were able to get matching roller and vertical blinds which the original manufacturer wouldn't offer. Only issue we had was a lot of confusion around the installation dates.

Terrible customer service, I do not reccomend this company. My agent sent through 2 x workorders to this company, simply to have a track replaced, over a 6 week period. At 7 weeks he called them, to be told someone would be contacting me the following day. That did not happen.
At 8 weeks he contacted again, only to be told they had spoken to me & I advised them that the works were no longer needed.that's a blatant lie!
So I called myself & was told someone would call me right back. That was a week ago.
Pathetic

Just had our whole house fitted today with blinds. We are really happy with the quality and workmanship. Can't thank Nil and his team enough for the fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Amazing Experience! We have used indigo blinds twice to install blinds into our homes. Wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly! They also had a great variety of colour and materials to select from. Highly recommended!
