I have used Independence Australia for approximately four years. I have found the internet site easy to use (once you get the hang of it), its product range extensive and the delivery speed of products ordered (even during these COVID times), absolutely exceptional. I highly recommend using them.

I have made 2 recent orders from Independence Australia - one for myself and another for my Mum, who lives in Geelong. I emailed my order and the ordering website is easy to use. Despite all the hold ups because of COVID etc my order arrived fast. I used phone ordering to order for my Mum. The Independence Australia staff who work on the phone orders are helpful, polite and very easy to make an order with. My Mum's order also was fulfilled in a timely manner. Having used the services of Independence Australia for over a year now, I can highly recommend them.

We have had an account with Independence Australia for about five years. I have found staff to be extremely efficient, courteous and helpful. I am often astounded at how quickly they despatch an order. Today, for instance, I spoke to a customer service officer about an email order I had placed. We quickly sorted out her query, amended the order, was given a price and I paid there and then. Within a short time, perhaps half hour, I'm not sure, I received an email advising the product had been despatched. My spirits were buoyed because the staff member had been kind and friendly. She came across as authentic; she wasn't being uber professional; she was a regular, down-to-earth, decent person who has good people and customer-service skills.

I am extremely happy with the promptness of service and quality of goods I have received. They even helped me transition my private account to NDIS funded.

Ordered product at 7.30am on Thursday and received an across city delivery at 10.00 am on Friday. How good is that!

Most frustrating company to get hold of. 2nd to Centrelink. I am unable to place orders via email, due to being TAC client. (Must place orders over phone) Telephone hold rate varies from 1/2 hr to 2 hrs. The prompts advise you to press star to receive return call. But often don't call you back. So must wait for operator. Have been dealing with Independence Australia for 6 years now, nothing has changed. If I could find another company, I would.any suggestions?

Super fast delivery prices are reasonable however they are increasing every so often have experience poor packing and supplies have been such as Blueys scrunched up and crumbled this is not due to posting this is due to packaging they need to lift their game in regards to that aspect.otherwise ok
