Placed an order, for a number of items (all on same order) moronic idiots, send them out on seperate days. The entire order, would have comfortably fitted into a single box, thus saving the courier two Futher trips, packaging and not to mention, a lot less garbage to dispose of

Incredibly fast delivery and service. Have ordered multiple times and everything has always perfect.

Bought some Tena Proskin Flex pants and after 8 days still didn't have the product, Called the morons and cancelled the order and they said once they recieved the package I'd get a refund. Well a week later I still don't so I'm about to call my bank to dispute the transaction, Don't buy anything from here.

Obtaining products from Independence is the most convenient way to shop for products. Necessary products are not always in the outlets available with day to day shopping so I find it the easiest way to shop.

I placed an order with Independence Australia after waiting way too long for some products from another company, and they were brilliant from the get go- easy to set up an account, easy to order and we received the delivery within 3 business days. 5 star service all the way, excellent pricing- i would recommend to anyone.

Great delivery service ordered on a Thursday, in transit Friday, delivered Monday. So pleased with the quality of the products too. This is my second order from independence Australia, and I am real pleased with their service.

Since September 2022's revamp of online store, I've found it harder to navigate. Today was really bad. Everything I wanted to check was "not found". A Google search for each item showed availability at this organisation! Extremely frustrating and time consuming

Another negative - cardboard box said 12 rolls of 2.5cm x 9.1m white Micropore tape. Upper layer, yes. Lower layer, no. 9.1m roll lasts 3 or 4 dressing changes. Today it took 3 tiny rolls

However - when I began purchasing, several years back - Independence Australia (I. A.) was by far the least expensive; these days I have returned to shopping around for lowest prices - and found items from other companies. I do understand company prices need to increase when suppliers charge more for products

Even though shipping is charged, still less than I. A. Were the difference merely a few dollars, I'd happily stay. When the difference is as much as $46 to $100+ per order, that's a significant saving, in my opinion

This is usually a great supplier of medical items. However, at times the deliveries get confused and take up to a week to arrive.

I found Independance
Australia web site very easy to navigate. There delivery is very prompt and the package as left where I asked.thank you.

Don't try and return a purchase - they give you poor instructions, charge a ridiculous amount to return and then won't refund your money. I lost my $117.00 and then they had the audacity to send me an invoice for $27.50 to return 3 items. Originally they sent my purchase in 2 deliveries and want to charge for 2 returns even though it was one pickup.

Great website, get yourself an account and you can save the items that you reorder. Nice and quick with my lsdt delery only taking 2 days to regional Vic.

Amarex courier service who are delivering my products are appalling. Twice this week they have asked for delivery address. Poor customer service and website no better

If you need something arriving on time, please think twice for this supplier. Their products are ok BUT the courier service they are using is by far the worst (FASTWAY OR ARAMEX). I had bad experiences with them before, its happening again. Two parcels dispatched somehow even though items were not that many. One arrived in a few days. The other was held up by a week without any notice. They came and did not even ring a bell (I was at the address all day long), just left a card without any info about where to collect etc. Tried tracking, then of course not updated. A few days later, their tracking system says they contacted RECEIVER! Who got contacted? They say they are waiting for RECEIVER's instruction. From now on, before making any online purchase, I will check their courier service to avoid this dodge ARAMEX.

Love their long body wipes. An excellent service and items ordered are delivered quickly. Highly recommended.
