One of the delivery vans deliberately clipped a pedestrian in the city to avoid a red light and drove away - contacted the store twice for a response and they did not return my call. Simply unacceptable behaviour from driver and management - particularly in Melbourne, given recent events. Support positive social behaviour and good management practices avoid this shop.

They can deliver flowers in a good vase and I’ve asked before to have chocolates and other stuff sent and they’ve gone out of their way to add things to my order. Good service and easy to deal with

Ordered some roses for pick up - was absolutely blown away by how nice they were packaged. For roses they are a little bit more expensive then i would normally pay but these flowers where perfect and lasted for so long, was well worth the price for the freshness. Amazing little shop.

Flowers were ordered via phone for delivery. See attached photo of the bunch of flowers for delivery. If the dead/brown leaves were intended, then the florist must have bad taste. If it wasn't intended, they must have full neglect of delivering a beautiful bunch of flowers!

Absolutely amazing flower Shop. It's worth going to just to see the flowers Cascade out of the store. They do great bunches.
