I ordered flowers a week in advance to get flowers delivered at a specific time for a surprise lunch only to be disappointed! (I was told if i dont get a call, it's all fine) I spent a lot of money and will never come back here again! When I called to ask where the floers were, it was all stupid excuses and very unorganised. Once I saw the flowers a few of them were already dead! They didn't even last a few days i spent $250, what a waste of money! Coles supplies flowers that'll last longer!
It ruined the whole surprise lunch and my whole day! Something so simple they f@&Ed up I'll never forget it!

I booked a personalised bouquet for my best friend birthday to surprise her, she called me 3 days prior to inform me that she couldn't be at home for her birthday, I immediately called the shop and the staff was so kind to postpone the already booked bouquet for 3 days later so I was able to surprise my best friend with "her best bouquet ever" in her own words!

Their flower so lovely and the florist made a good selection and combination that what I want. These beautiful flowers definitely make my rainy winter and boring lockdown more colourful?

Disappointed and waste of money. My boyfriend bought some flowers from this shop and questioned about the health of the roses when he saw them as they looked unhealthy. The sales lady said it is normal and they will bloom normally. The roses turned out to be mouldy and had to be discarded.

Don’t bother, go somewhere else. I went in and ordered a bunch of flowers with pale pink, pastel pink, and white roses, I was flexible on budget but asked to keep it around $80. After waiting 40 minutes, I got about half a cubic metre of greenery, 1 rose of each colour and some Lillies that I didn’t ask for. I was embarrassed to give these to my partner.

In Full Bloom supplied my bridal bouquet, my hair pieces and my husband's button hole. Every single person at my wedding (including the kids) asked where we got our flowers from:) I absolutely loved their service (they sat down with me for a consult till I was happy) and the quality of product delivered to us. I’ve only ever bought flowers when passing by, so can’t speak to the online experience. In store, the staff are always helpful and full of suggestions to my cheapskate budget.

The flowers here are beautiful. Everytime I go there the staff have always been attentative and helpful. They also have such pretty flower arrangements for sale in vases.

I'd also like to say a huge thank you to the staff and Karen who created my beautiful wedding bouquet at such short notice. They are amazingly beautiful!

Very disappointed in the product. The size of the so called Fishbowl fitted in a hand. Very deceiving as the picture on website. For $110.00 felt totally ripped off. I was also embarrassed sending such a small gift to my girlfriend as it looked like a $30.00 gift. Look around for better value for your money! The staff were also a little unprofessional when speaking to them.

I cannot see the full owner comment but feedback on the 3stars seems to be required. Hardly anything ready-made to choose from at 10: 00am. I was asked 'Is it a gift? ' Took a ridiculous amount of time to wrap around the bottom of the flowers, and I buy flowers often, so I know my prices, quite overpriced. Not going to hurry back any time soon. First time I haven't been asked if I would like a little card to add to the wrapped bunch.

Great selection of fresh cut flowers and arrangements small or large. Best girls served with big smile and always willing to guide to make right selection for any occasion UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT.

Website does not work properly. Incorrect colour flowers delivered and when credit requested was denied. Disappointed.

I have contacted the manager and nothing was offered despite the direct request.

The flowers for our wedding were beautiful and everything turned out exactly as I had wanted! Karen was also very friendly and flexible with making adjustments to fit within our budget.

I've been in here over 5 times because it is close by, however the price? You can get double the amount of flowers by walking down to azalea flowers.the shop assistants are way up themselves.
