AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Asked me to leave work early so I could be there at 4: 30 for a technician to replace my T. V, no one turned up and to make it even worse no one answered the phone after calling 6 times and the mobile I was contacted on has been switched off.

Horrible service quoted $350 on the phone ended being $525 on the day A TOTAL RIPOFF! STAY AWAY!

We had a couple of issues with this company initially however the manager called me personally and addressed these shortly after I had raised them. He was very helpful and hastily resolved everything. I am confident in saying that they are a good service and get the job done. I imagine that the issues we had were a one off and future customers can expect a reliable and professional service. Thank you to Nick for being so supportive.

Horrible service. Seems like a common theme of them not turning up when scheduled.

LG and other companies using this business need to strongly consider if they want to be aligned or associated with a business with no regard to customer service, accountability or common courtesy.

To all the staff at impulse audio visual, i am extremely happy with the friendly service and the professional way you fixed my Samsung tv, we had another repairer quote us a ridiculous price, your team work efficiently from the first phone call, to when the technician called out, whom i may say was very knowledgeable about tvs, my tv was fixed thank you all at impulse audio visual
