Just like new. My sound bar was sent to Impulse AV for repair as the centre speaker was making crackling noises, it's all been fixed now. I couldn't find any traces of the speaker being repaired which is good, no pry marks, no dents. Highly recommended business.
I wish the repair stickers were easier to remove though, as residue was challenging to remove but overall happy with results.

I sent in my headphones to be repaired though jb hi fi and hadn’t heard from them in over a month! I contacted impulse visual and it turned out jb hi fi never picked up my headphones, even though when i reached put to the store they said they had no information! If you need any LG equipment fixed, this is just the best place to do it. They are the authorised repair centre and the service is very quick. In my case it was an issue with the magnetron and it took them 15 minutes to replace it and I was on my way home. The staff is amazing and helpful.

I got 100% completely scammed.
After paying to get an amp fixed I got home and found it still had the same issue I went in for. After two emails without a reply I called and was told I would get a call back from a technician. Now several days later I've still heard nothing.

Replaced the backlights in my LG for a decent price. Great, friendly service in great time, even despite the holidays.
