Impro Melbourne reviews
26They are great. Got me sister a couple of tickets to see one of their shows. "I'm only staying till interval, to tired. " she said. 9.30pm the show finished and out walked my sister. The classes are at the other end of The David Williams theater. They are held downstairs in the downstairs theatre. You walk up St John street from Chapel street and go down the stairs on your right.
I watched Wild Card at the Impro Melbourne’s Comedy Festival show and I thought the show was fantastic! It was super funny and I was so impressed with the performers. Absolutely amazing how quickly they can come up with dialogue that's also engaging! Great show and definitely recommend!
I have been taking classes here for a while, and they never disappoint. Starting from zero acting or impro experience, I have now worked up to doing shows. As for their shows at MICF and their regulars like Theatresports, Maestro, Grand Theft Impro, Smells Like a song, etc, - they are a great value, top notch, barrel of laughs night out.
I started workshops at Impro Melbourne after doing some basic impro in a university drama club. The teachers are professional, experienced and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.
I've taken classes with Impro Melbourne and also gone to see a lot of their shows in Prahran. I'm never disapointed! The classes are so fun and I've made many new friends there. The shows are a great value and so much better than other weekend activities like watching a movie. Plus, it makes me feel good to know I'm supporting local artists!
Went and saw 'Wild Card' for Melbourne Comedy Festival, we had blast! Thanks for a fun night, can't wait to see the next show!
