Immerse in the Yarra Valley

Our wedding was amazing, everything was so seamless, all the team made us feel welcomed and were very helpful. Weddings is what these guys do and they do them very well, they had everything organised in advance and made sure nothing was forgotten. If you are looking at the Yarra Valley then you can’t go past the Immerse Winery.

My husband and I got married at Immerse in November, 2022 - Having booked our wedding back in January 2021. Throughout the next almost 2 years leading up to the wedding, the Immerse team were an absolute dream to arrange a wedding with. Our selling point was how warm and caring the staff were, the amazing food, and of course with the venue itself being beyond beautiful and everything we could have ever wanted. On the big day we couldn’t have been happier with everything and would recommend getting married at Immerse in a heartbeat!

My husband and I got married at Immerse a few weeks ago and cannot fault Immerse! We had the most magical day. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to the attention to detail of all the staff on the day. We received so many compliments on the meals and how welcoming and personable the wait staff were. Thank you to all at Immerse for making our day unforgettable!

Fantastic venue, the service was brilliant, the venue is well catered and the staff are absolutely fantastic.

We fell in love with Immerse the first time we visited and booked the venue for our wedding on the spot. The beautiful vineyard chapel and incredible grounds with endless photo opportunities took our breath away. We had our wedding at immerse this July. It was on relatively short notice with so many last minute changes and the staff at immerse were incredible to work with to ensure that the event ran smoothly. Coordination on the day and prior to the event with other vendors was impeccable and I cannot thank immerse enough. The chapels, reception halls and location overall is stunning. Would recommend immerse to anyone looking to have their wedding. Thank you immerse!

We are so lucky to have chosen Immerse as our wedding venue. We are not sure what the best thing is about Immerse. The grounds are stunning, the food is divine, and the staff are all so lovely.

Being impacted by the COVID lockdowns, we needed to reschedule our wedding on four occasions as we struggled to meet venue density limits and due to the interstate travel restrictions which were in place. The whole team were so accommodating and understanding of the position we found ourselves in and they worked tirelessly to make sure they did everything they could to help us.

In the lead up to our wedding day, the staff were always so responsive to our needs, available on phone or email for any questions, no matter how small they were. They worked in seamlessly with our other suppliers to make sure we needed to think about as little as possible in the lead up to the day.

On the evening, the food was an absolute standout. We have had so many guests come back to us and say that it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding. And whilst we might have some bias, we agreed that it was just sensational.

The service on the night was phenomenal. The staff were attentive, no one went hungry or thirsty or wanted for anything. The next morning, breakfast was delicious, and the staff had done so much of the cleaning up that all we needed to do was pack our car when it was time to leave.

Thank you Immerse team for a wonderful evening which was exactly what we had hoped for. We will see you for lunch at the first anniversary!

I was part of the bridal party for a wedding here 1st weekend of August 2022. I can not rate the service highly enough! From the coordinator to the service staff it was absolutely flawless. Thank you immerse for making the day run so smoothly for the beautiful bride and groom.

I am so glad we chose Immerse for our wedding day! From start to finish, the team at Immerse were so easy to deal with, happy and friendly.

Immerse were very organised and easy to communicate with for the entire 2 years. We unfortunately had to postpone twice due to covid and they were understanding, easy to manage and were genuinely excited for us when we locked in our final date. They kept us up to date with covid restriction changes and did their best to accommodate to our wants. On our wedding day our wedding coordinator was faultless – running from room to room making sure both me and my partner were cared for, and everything on the day ran smoothly thanks to her. The day was perfect and so many guests complimented the staff, wine and beautiful venue. Do yourself a favour and visit the property because it’s spectacular and so organised. You get ready on site, married on site, party on site and sleep on site. No need to spend your wedding day running around. Plus the view from the top of the vineyard is incredible. Immerse really does have it all.

My partner and I got married at Immerse in April 2022 and it was the most beautiful venue for a wedding. They have the most wonderful and helpful staff working there where no question is too big or small. The grounds are stunning with three locations to choose to get married and for spectacular photos. The food and wine selection is absolutely divine and all dietary requirements were catered for, including kids meals. Immerse have accomodation onsite which meant our close family and friends could conveniently stay and continue the celebrations back in our rooms and then share breakfast together the next day. Our wedding day was truly magical and everything we have ever dreamed of and we can thank immerse for making sure everything came together. Amazing!

We had our wedding at Immerse on Wednesday and honestly it was fantastic. Everyone at Immerse was amazing but Kerrie was just perfect she had absolutely everything covered We couldn’t of asked for a better host.

So thankful and relieved that I had my wedding here in Feb 2022.

Wedding team are full of professional superstars. They were so patient, accomodating and kind about all the COVID changes. I was stressed, but they made me feel relieved.

Not a single detail was missed and everything went smoothly on the day (or at least I thought so, so if the groom and bride didn't notice anything that went wrong then it is a job WELL DONE!)

Their thoughtfulness was really above and beyond anything we could imagine. Very thankful for small touches like:
- Leaving dessert in our room later that night + bottle of softdrink/champagne
- Allowing the bridal party to use the honeymoon sweet in between the ceremony and reception to rest and enjoy nibbles and drinks. The spread was so generous!
- Staff liaising with our vendors to prompt them to move on to the next part of the celebration (eg.telling photographers that we will commence reception in 10mins so we had a bit of time to rest)
- Genuine-ness of the staff, (you would think that you get used to weddings since you do them every other day) but they were genuinely so delighted to be part of the wedding

Recently had our wedding here & cannot speak highly enough of the venue, the staff & the beautiful food. Everything was absolutely perfect, and the staff were so accommodating and lovely! Special shout out to Kerrie, she was absolutely amazing & such a great help! Thank you so much Immerse!

An amazing venue that makes the whole experience effortless and easy.
With so many views across the venue, the photographer had no trouble knowing where to take us to get great photos.

Unfortunately the food was pretty average but beautiful venue and wonderful service from the staff there.

Could not be happier with the service Immerse provided. Our wedding day went ahead seamlessly (not to mention the fantastic communication in the lead up to the day)! Could not recommend them higher and strongly encourage couples planning their wedding to check this place out!

It was ok, I wouldn't say I loved it but hate is a strong word. The bathtub was dirty, the screen for the AC was so light I thought it had no battery. But worst of all, was the fact that the bed had a little spot of blood on it on the very front of the bed if you stepped away from the bed it was the first thing you saw. But the food + drinks and the DJ we had at the after-party made up for it.

Let us start by saying a huge thank you to the immerse Winery, for hosting our wedding on the 27.03.2022! The staff honestly made everything in the lead up to the big day so easy, and seamless and no question went unanswered. They truely were amazing to deal with, and made our wedding day so special! So many of our family and friends kept telling us how amazing the service of the staff was throughout the night, and that they couldn’t believe how much food and drinks were going around! I have to say a huge thank you for being so accommodating, and assisting us during every aspect of the day/night! They truely went the extra mile providing us and the wedding party food and drinks in between photos and making sure we were never without a drink throughout the wedding reception! I would highly recommend to anyone who is planing a wedding to consider the immerse winery! Not only are you getting married on beautiful grounds with so many different places to get beautiful photos, but you also get highly trained staff, who are there to support you during all the steps of your wedding… during this pandemic time, it was so helpful, and I know that we made the best decision in getting married at the immerse! Thank you once again to everyone at the immerse for being so wonderful! We can’t wait to visit here for lunch again in the future, and reminisce on the beautiful wedding day we had! We loved our Wedding at Immerse! The Chapel and Grounds are beautiful, food is delicious and the staff were extremely understanding and kind during constant Covid postponements and changes, along with excellent service on the day. My husband and I are very grateful for such incredible memories!

Attended a wedding here, and honestly not much to say about that. My review is about the morning after breakfast. For a venue that boasts a immersive deluxe venue and dining experience the breakfast is just pitiful. The catered dinner for the wedding was quiet nice, gourmet food. The standard you expect for a pricy wedding venue. But in comparison the breakfast was less than the quality I've had at 3 star budget motels.
"Big breakfast" was nothing but a overcooked, dry piece of sour dough toast, 2 of the tiniest rubbery poached eggs, an overcooked brittle, flavourless hash brown, I piece of cold bacon, and a boiled half tomato with some dried mixed herbs sprinkled on top. 0 effort in presentation. Everything was flavourless.
The choices for beverages were: pre made coffee in the hot drink dispensers, and pre made tea! I couldn't even make myself a nice cup of tea, because there were no tea bags. Who pre makes tea? !
Nothing about this meal was worth the cost or the brand of a wedding venue.
I expected a much more lux breakfast experience for the venue.
Honestly, it's been a while since I've been THAT disappointed in a venues offering.
