Immerse in the Yarra Valley

We the guests discussed the price and what is missing.
The food at the wedding was below average. Typical takeaway deep-fried, the bowls were dry and hard to eat, and when given a plate when requested, the rice paper rolls and buns were obviously left in the open air and dried out.
Breakfast pancakes were dry and the sweetened ricotta needs a lot of help,
yet the scrambled eggs were really good.
Walls were very thin and kept guests awake when Staff were setting up tables for breakfast late at night with thumping music hard through the walls.
The owner needs to sleep in every room to see what is missing. Every room needs more hooks for wedding suits and dresses and somewhere to put 2 suitcases other then on the floor.
Showers need new seals.

We got married here in September 2023 and I couldn't give a better review. Everything we needed was looked after and the team is so organised and bubbly. A pleasure to work with.

The venue itself is very scenic and the rooms were very comfortable.

The food and wine was also amazing haha!

Immerse was such a beautiful venue for our wedding.
The pre-wedding assistance and guidance was great, the team provided lots of recommendations and always willing to help!
During the wedding itself, the wedding coordinators made my life as a bride super easy and very attentive.
The food was DELICIOUS, we had so many compliments about the food and the service was impeccable. Honestly could not fault it as a wedding venue.

Venue was very nice.

Staff were generally helpful.

Gardens were lovely despite being out of flower season. Probably the only downside was how wet/muddy the grounds were seeing as the weather wasn't that bad.

Guest room was big and clean. The bath would have been a nice touch if check-in/out times allowed more time to enjoy it, instead it was more inconvenient not having a way to stop shower water splashing around the bathroom. Room fridge/freezer not being built in was very noisy, we turned it off but then had to deal with their ice defrosting.
More hooks to hang clothes would have been very useful, considering every guest is attending a wedding, only 2 hooks on the back of a door isn't ideal. Wi-fi would be nice considering the room price.

Drinks throughout the wedding including wine tasting were all very good, the YVBC Pale Ale was a highlight.
Dinner was delicious.
Breakfast wasn't ideal, the waitress got my order wildly wrong and then didn't offer to correct it, just asked if I would still eat it as she moved on. Considering the menu is quite small I'm not sure where the confusion came in.

We recently got married at Immerse and it was the venue of our dreams. You cannot fault their service, not only on the day, but in every aspect of the planning and organisation. The grounds are gorgeous, perfect for photos. The convenience of having the ceremony, reception and accommodation for guests all in the same location is such a bonus. It was the perfect setting for our winter wedding (also, have a winter wedding! It was magical). Thank you, Immerse!

Fabulous place to have a wedding. The food was amazing, especially the beef! The service was great and the drinks flowed all night.

Thank you to all at Immerse for hosting Animal Aids 75th Anniversary Gala Ball. The room was set up beautifully and the food was delicious and in abundance. We all had a fantastic night and your hospitality is very much appreciated.

We stayed overnight at this venue. The staff were wonderful, lovely & helpful. The main event room is gorgeous and the overall setup of the space is beautiful; however… our stay was very average and not at all worth the price we paid.

The most disappointing part was that we were told breakfast would be available to us between 0900 and 1000. We woke up earlier than we would have liked to, packed our stuff in the car and headed to the main room for breakfast at 0900… only to be told that breakfast was not on… soo poor and unacceptable, considering the website says complimentary breakfast is served with each room booked.

The room that we stayed in had the following issues:
1. The shower head was awful - it sprayed in every direction and was piercing on our skin. We had to turn the pressure down to low and fill our hands up with water in order to avoid it spraying in our eyes, hair and throughout the bathroom.
2. The bathroom light and most of the metal on the bathroom doorframe was quite rusty. There was also no shower soap so we had to use the cheap hand soap bar.
3. There is only 1 mirror in the entire room and it’s in the bathroom - it was really hard to get ready if the other person had to use the bathroom.
4. There is a Netflix button on the remote but the Netflix wouldn’t work due to a connection issue in the room. This was a shame as we were so looking forward to getting back from the event and watching our show.
5. The bed was large but it wouldn’t have made a difference if we slept on the floor - the bed was so hard. We have travelled a lot and slept in many average beds but this one was pretty bad. The blankets were also flat and not cuddly.
6. One bedside lamp didn’t work - we checked all outlets.
7. One of the blinds had so many cracks and marks - definitely needs replacing. If you look around the room you will see that some general maintenance needs to be done.
8. The highest adjustment for the ironing board height is still very short.

Some of the good things about our stay were:
1. There are ample amount of coat racks in the room.
2. There are spare bathroom appliances such as hair-dryer, iron etc.in case you forget yours.
3. Heating.
4. The size of the bed was massive!
5. There is a fridge in the room with complimentary bottled water.

We got married back in March and absolutely loved Immerse, can't fault them at all from our first visit right through to packing up the next day. Laura our first meeting host & coordinator on the day was fantastic, so were the other team members we dealt with - outstanding communication as there's always someone ready to answer an email or phone call. Food/drinks/service staff were excellent, so many great photo spots throughout the grounds, onsite accommodation was ideal and just in general can't recommend more highly.

Immerse Winery recently hosted our wedding day, and they did an absolutely incredible job, it is such a stunning location, with rustic wood paneling throughout that matched exactly what we were after for the aesthetics of our wedding. The wedding coordinators did an amazing job organising everything before the actual day as well as keeping everything running smoothly for the day and addressing anything before it could potentially go wrong. The rooms were incredible and every guest we had stay with us that night were incredibly happy with them.

We had our wedding at immerse in late Jan and they exceeded all our expectations!

We were initially hesitant to inspect Immerse as we were worried we wouldn’t get the same level of personalisation at a busy venue. However, this could not be further from the truth! Immerse really knows what they are doing! They were so prompt at replying to all emails and willing to help with all our requests. On the day both our day and night coordinators worked behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly. They constantly checked in with both of us and our suppliers. I was able to enjoy the day without worrying how the ceremony and reception were being set up. They also moved our decorations from the chapel to the reception and made sure that the whole bridal party had our makeup kits/spare shoes/phones etc waiting for us on the bridal table. My husband and I also had a clean bridal suite, cake, dessert and a cold bottle of champagne waiting for us in the bridal suite at the end of the night. It was all these little touches that helped make the day so wonderful!

Let’s not forget how beautiful the grounds are! The venue speaks for itself and needs very little in the way of decorations to make it stunning. The huge bridal suite and on site accommodation are also big selling points! The newly upgraded bridal suite had plenty of light and surprising had room for three HMUAs working on 7 ladies!

We had our wedding at Immerse in January and it was the BEST day! All of the correspondence over the past two years leading up to our special day was friendly, professional and helpful. We were given a lot of information, useful supplier/vendor lists, spreadsheets and timelines which made the organising process really easy. Anytime we had a question it was answered promptly and we never felt like we couldn't bring up a query or concern.
On the day all of the staff were wonderful. Carolyn, our coordinator for the day, had a great energy that helped us all get in the mood. She made sure everything was running smoothly and we felt prepared and looked after. The staff throughout the reception were attentive and friendly and everyone was well fed and merry! The added bonus of the onsite accomodation meant we could continue the party on afterwards and then have a debrief together in the morning over breakfast.
A lot of people will say this, but our wedding day was perfect and a big part of that was having it at Immerse!

We had our wedding at Immerse back in February and we could not have had a more positive experience. From the get go we were stunned by the beauty of the entire venue. We always wanted a rustic winery wedding and chose the chapel as the location for our ceremony which was absolutely beautiful! The surrounding grounds and vineyard are also the perfect backdrop for a wedding!

Their communication with us from day one was exceptional with extremely prompt replies to all of our questions with wedding planning, accomodation, set up etc.

The food was amazing with excellent selection for our wedding guests in the day and service from staff was great with all our guests left with full bellies! The wine list is also second to none, the sparkling Shiraz in particular 10/10!

Getting ready on the big day was so easy with everything being on site and ready to go as well as accomodation for our family and friends available!

Our wedding coordinator Kerrie was amazing and made us both feel relaxed and at ease the whole day and would liase with all of our suppliers so our dream day would run smoothly!

We could not recommend Immerse in the Yarra Valley enough for anyone wanting to get married!

We had our wedding at Immerse in December 2022 and it was absolutely perfect. We had to reschedule 3 times due to COVID and being overseas and they were so kind and accommodating.

Every single person I interacted with was amazing. Lauren looked after us on the day and she was incredible, I literally did not have to worry about a thing. Everything went so smoothly!

Our guest were blown away by the beautiful venue and the food and drinks. I cannot recommend Immerse highly enough, they made sure our day was perfect!

We couldn't have been happier choosing Immerse as our wedding venue. From the beginning, they were incredible with communication always responding to any question so quickly. Having good (and lots of) food was so important to us and Immerse absolutely nailed it. The food was exceptional and abundant and so many of our guests have commented on how delicious it was. The venue itself is beautiful with so many ceremony options. The Immerse team are incredible, with a special shout out to Laura for being our amazing on the day coordinator. Nothing was too much for her and she made sure we always had everything we needed. We didn't have to ask for a drink all night as the wait staff ensured we had a full glass all night long. Accomodation onsite was such a bonus for us and breakfast the next morning was delicious. We really couldn't have picked a better venue and can't wait to visit for a weekend lunch soon!

After attending Madison and Anthony’s wedding yesterday was so impressed with the venue, staff and food! Absolutely a Beautiful winery to chose for a wedding, just perfect! Everything was done to perfection
