We had an urgent repair needed to our newly installed Rinnai solar hot water service on the Mornington Peninsula between Christmas & new years. Two independent plumbers involved & neither were able to diagnose. Immerge are Rinnai's delegated service provider for our area; I first spoke with manager, Andrew who arranged for technician Stuart to do the repair. Both were terrific, especially Stuart coming to do the work on 31 Dec (the day after my call). Cheerful, capable & eager to resolve; he & the Immerge team did did a great job to restore our hot water during our emergency during the holiday period! Great job & v much appreciated.

I engaged the Immerge Group to do an urgent hot water system installation at my house in Pakenham. It was a great help when Kelly organised everything for me and arranged for the installation to be done literally a few days before the Christmas closure. The guys came on time, were very polite and finished the job in no time. It was a pleasure dealing with Immerge and I would recommend them to anyone requiring a first class plumbing job done.

I had a terrific experience with the guys arriving right on time, took the old unit away, tidied up and showed me how the new heater worked. They even had me check the the hot water was working again after the gas had been off. I could not be happier. Thank-you.

The two plumbers from Rinnai who attended my property to swap over my old Rinnai space heater for a new one that I'd purchased were fantastic. They were two of the nicest and professional tradesmen I've met. They were friendly, polite and installed the new heater with with no fuss and totally cleaned up the area afterwards. I would definitely use Rinnai - 1st Care again.

I’m a Construction Supervisor for a new home builder. Imerge Group have been great to deal with, especially in regional areas where communication and on time service is critical approaching job completion.
