Never thought a company like this existed!
I had the Rinnai B26 infinity installed.

From onset to completion the communication was fluid. I was never kept in the dark about pricing. No call out free or additional hidden fees. Kellie was upfront with the cost from the get go and she updated me ever step of the way, she is such a good person to deal with. I also received a call from her after the work was done about how my new hot water system was performing.
One of the best company to deal with.
This company is aces in my book.

Rinnai you done it again and this time pairing up with the best company.

I dealt with Kellie and she very efficiently arranged for someone to come and fit my Rennai B26 in a couple of hours. Both plumbers who attended were professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

We have been managing with our 14 year old Rinnai instant hot water unit that occasionally developed a fault in the last 10 months or so. In the evening on Thursday preceding the Anzac Day long weekend it became apparent that the unit needed replacement.

I submitted a request for an online quote from a plumbing group straight away, and as there was no response from them until Friday 10: 30am, I decided to make phone inquiries. The first call that I made wasn't encouraging as they couldn't quote over the phone without seeing the existing unit.

My second call was to Immerge Group and I couldn't be any more happier that I made that call.
Kellie, having listened to the details I provided about our existing unit, not only gave their quote straight away but also managed to arrange with one of their installation teams to carry out the work on that afternoon. They arrived within four hours of my phone call to carry out the work. The two young men were very polite and did a very professional job. I have no hesitation in recommend them and Immerge Group.

If your looking for a Rinnai hot water system, give the Immerge Group a call.
Not only is the customer service excellent, but the plumbers are outstanding too.
The crew installed the unit professionally and they made sure to clean up after themselves. Don't delay. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

After having trouble getting good and reliable information on problematic rinnai 26 infinity hot water system. Contacted Imerge group for a quote on new system. Kellie was great in giving great price and direction, and then installation was organised the next day. Steve installed system with a professional and happy demeanour The whole experience with a professional and helpful group of people was very pleasing in this fast paced society of today.
Would recommend any day anytime.
