Called for a vax - first time, while i still repeating 'wiat wait wait' for a question - they hung up.

Called back, they said 'ok please wait', then hung up my phone.

Called again - blocked my number.

What was that?

Its my Favourite Chemist. Charles is the best Doctor from all. So helpful and understanding. He will come up with the best solution if the customer in need of any help. He even can send his stuff to bring the meds to your house if you leave near by. Were can you find that kind of service and help. NoWere! So you know what that's all means guys.

As a visiting pharmacy student from the USA, I had an amazing experience working under John and the rest of the staff at Imes Pharmacy. Everyone worked super hard to provide the best customer service, and I witnessed how well each of the staff knew their customers as soon as they walked in the door. Every day that I spent there felt like I was helping to contribute to the local community of South Melbourne, and I am so glad that Imes Pharmacy was able to create that sort of welcoming and warm environment. Many thanks to Andrej, July, and Larisa for guiding me through my time there, and I will definitely be back to say hi!

I have been with Imes pharmacy for two yrs now on a weekly basis. You will not find a sour or judgemental pharmacist like other places. No matter what your needs are you will be given the time and respect you deserve as a customer

This used to be my favourite pharmacy. It felt like a family as there were the same friendly faces and kindest people working - both at reception and the pharmacists. They have obviously changed owners or something because NO ONE who worked there is here anymore and the entire vibe and energy AND most importantly, SERVICE has changed - and not for the better. The reception lady - blonde (larissa or something) can’t serve to save her life. She makes you do all the work and look through your scripts. Got a small family private pharmacy, you’d think they could remember your name by now if you’re a regular like the old employees did. But not her! And let’s not get started on Dean. He is the most unfriendly and arrogant pharmacist. And he knows he is being rude and doesn’t care! If he’s somewhat nice he is faking it and you know by his undertone. Only one left is Charles and John. Charles should take over Dean and be in more as he represents the Imes pharmacy we’ve all come to love and John is very nice but needs to get a clue about what the hell is going on in this mess of a handover!

As a long time customer as is my son, Ive always been very happy with the customer service we have received. The long time owner John has always been respectful when I see him as is all his staff. Anything thing I need they take the time to explain everything. A big thanks to Dean for taking the time to help me with my E Script's earlier this week a pharmacy well worth visiting as they are very helpful

Imes. Pharmarcy is my local and long time chemist, I have found the staff and pharmacist to be more than helpful with any of my scripts or other needs whatever they may be and would recommend them to anybody!

As I've said before Charles and the employees there are always more than helpful to whatever your needs may be and will do whatever it takes to fulfill your scripts etc until you are satisfied with your needs or Dr.s instructions so I'm more than happy to stay with them which I have done for over 5 years now. I highly recommend them to anyone!

(Edited) I’ve been to way too many pharmacies but Imes Pharmacy is by far the most professional, caring, personalised service. All the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Much better than chemist warehouse down the road.

EDIT: 04/21 5 - 3 stars. Female pharmacist that works over Weekend has honestly left me very nervous about other pharmacists whom have only been nice and helpful. After being confused and overwhelmed twice, panic attack resulting, no compassion. I felt very, very uncomfortable and can only make this review now that I am not forced to see her. I feel sick thinking about it.

Although I don't use pharmacies on a regular basis, when I do this is my one stop shop. Other than the staff being super friendly and some how remembering my name they keep my prescriptions for me! I am no longer searching for prescriptions they have them for me, brilliant! Go there once I can guarantee you will return!

The store was easy to navigate with an extensive range of products.
Although it's my first time experience dealing with them I was thrilled by the level of customer service and communication skills by Elena and Rain.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help. Great to see a genuine old-style pharmacy in this age of impersonal chemist supermarkets - they deserve our support! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Rania is an absolute gem, my partner has recently had radiation treatment for voice box cancer, every other chemist could not care less in helping me get some sanitizer but, Rania was only to happy to help & supply me with what I needed as well as give me a few extra bottles to save me the return trip.
