I was so happy with the first one that I ordered three more a year later. Seamlessly fit into the frames, look good and function flawlessly. Also able to put a sliding screen door (with a dog door) in front of French doors, which is a more complex install others cannot do. Thanks Matt, Nick, Margaret and Dylan.

Excellent service! We were so impressed with the retractable flyscreens we just had fitted but more impressed with the friendly staff from quote to measure to fitting. There was a part missing but someone called around the next day to fit it without us having to follow up. And he fixed my old, existing (broken) security door too!

We recently installed pleated fly screens in our townhouse supplied and installed by Illusion. My first contact with Illusion was Margaret who explained our options and was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Illusion was very friendly and accommodating on the service side and we are thrilled with our choice of pleated fly screens. They are unobtrusive and discreet and hide away out of sight when not in use. Installation was a speedy and friendly service and I would recommend their service and product. Photo 1 shows fly screen from a distance and how unobtrusive it is. Photo 2 shows the same fly screen up close - so you don't walk through it. Great product, locally made, fitted to about 10 windows in 2 hours. They are well made retractable flyscreens which actually keep the flies out! They also look great, quite happy with how they turned out tbh.
