What an amazing company to have chosen to purchase our fly screen. Customer service was exceptional all the way. We made contact via a query on line. Received a phone call within days and we got a phone quote with a confirmation to proceed to a measure. We then had a gentleman come to complete the measurement of our job. Within 24 hours we were contacted with an installation date. Everything was so easy and on time delivery. We had constant updates of our job and a final call and email to confirm installation. On the day the sliding screen was installed on our home. All staff were professional, the product is quality, we could not be happier with our new screen. Thank you so much.

We had a number of retractable screens fitted for French doors and sliding security steel doors. Illusion provided great service, showed up on time for both quoting and fitment, and their pricing was very competitive. The installers did a great job with high level attention to detail. After upgrading my windows to Double glazed windows recently, I wasted a month trying to get a quote from another company for compatible flyscreens to no avail. Went to Illusion after a search on Google and was provided with a quote the same day of my showroom visit. Two-Three weeks later the four windows and sliding door retractable flyscreens I ordered were installed in time for the summer months! From the quote to the installation, Illusion has delivered a professional service and a quality product. Very happy!

I had a sliding re tractable flywire screen installed and whilst the communication between the bloke who measured it and how it was installed was not perfect and the screen frame came adrift, the company arranged for a rectification within 2 days which I appreciated. I spent over $7k replacing my sliding door set and wanted a quality product to complement it.
