Il Padrinos Pizza and Pasta

Just got a delivery, 15mins late I was very disappointed with the service of the pizza I ordered specifically says it has an item (salami) and they don’t add it. I called up their response was we don’t have that plus the Mexican pizza not supposed to be hot the menu says hot sausage nothing hot about it false advertising do not waste your time and money much better places around

The shop has old interior and not well-maintained, wall looks like from the 90s. A kitchen staff wasn't wearing a mask, it's during the peak of the pandemic and wearing mask is compulsory. Made me very concerned about the health and safety practice here.

Love the II Padrinos Pizza and Pasta, I always love order my favourite Chicken BBQ pizza every time, the pizza really tastes good!

The pizza is best in St. Albans. Vegetarians must try veggie delight pizza and non vegetarians must try peri peri tandoori chicken.

I’ve had both the pizzas and pastas at Il Padrinos and very satisfied with the food. Great variety of halal options. The toppings and serving sizes are quite generous. Barbecue or Tandoori Chicken are my favourite pizzas.

The decor is rather dated and could do with an uplift.

I love their food however for the past 5 orders, there's been hair in the food, and when I told them politely as I don't like making a fuss, they tell me its my fault for not showing it to them? When it was delivery? They victimised me for the fact that they have THEIR hair on the food. Also staff have horrible customer service in store and on phone.

The food was really good but the behaviour of staffs not good they talk to the customer like they are showing their attitude

Food is a blast, but the customer service is pathetic, they shout out your orders instead of asking. Plus the lady at the front is a witch, the way she talks and serves your pizzas are worst.go for food. Not for service.

Worst place to order on phone bcz the lady this morning at 09: 05 am was not aware what is customer service? They need a proper training of customer service from A to z.
Never order again guys. Stay away from this store at st Albans.

The pizza here is really worth it. Prices are good too. My mates and I spent $30 on TWO large pizzas and TWO 2L sodas! It was unbelievable. Would definitely recommend.

The lady left the phone and I didn't understand her half the time, the delivery guy asked me if I needed the change!

Couldnt understand the tellitubby on the phone and kept asking me the same things over and over again like a broken record

Poor Service, ordering pizza on call and you need to customize your pizza? Forget about it, the girls on call are rude all the time, don’t even understand what the person is talking about.

They have the best pizza and the price is reasonable but when it comes to customer service it’s very poor girls don’t know how to deal with the customer

Poor quality food. It’s ok if you are hungry to fill your stomach but keep the Soda bottle close by to wash it down quickly. Just really ordinary.

The crust was crunchy, cheese was delicious with the correct consistency and the vegetables were well cooked (they were neither overcooked or undercooked)

Pizza is good but staff is very casual and unattentive. Staff keeps gossiping while customers are awaiting the orders.

Half decent pizza for the price. Huge menu, tried a pasta dish, fettuccine matriciana, which in my opinion was below average, it was like I was eating yesterday's leftovers heated up. Service at the ordering counter could use some improvement as well, seemed as though the person taking my order couldn't be bothered. If not for the half decent pizza, 1 star would have been appropriate.

Worst pizza ever they use to make good but from last couple of time its yukk today I wasted my money again never recommend

Disgusting service i have ever got. Firstly wait for the staff to place an order.even I shouted 4-5 times then finally a lady came with weird expressions bcz i might disturbed her in deep chats. After that 30 mins wait for pizza. And one can clearly listen the weird conversation of staff ladies as well some other language songs. Overall really bad service the only thing i liked was taste of pizza which helps me to cool my temper.
