Il Padrinos Pizza and Pasta

Food was okay, but this is the worst experience I have ever had. If i go to a place I would expect the staff to at least respond to the customer and be polite for starters. Never coming back.

I ordered their Peri Peri Chicken Burger with chips. Food is just okay but their serving is absolutely big for one person. Good for sharing.

Good pizzas but delivery drivers sometimes tilt the pizza so it gets squished on the box. Very unprofessional

As a kid, I can clearly state that the pizza they sell here are freaking fire and they taste sooo good! I highly recommend anyone in St Albans to try their pizza because it's something you wont regret. Also this is my opinion and your might be different.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDIAN can't speak English.

I told her approx 15 times chicken schnitzel and she said chicken tikka.

I said one chips and 2 Pepsi. And she kept repeating 1 Pepsi.

These people lack basic English to work a pizza joint. I spent 10 minutes explaining a simple order.

Pathetic.

Never go there. I should have read the reveiw's before ordering.
25/03/23 ordered Veal Parmigiana, delivered was 2 pressed patties of minced meat of some kind, took 2 bites and did not taste like veal and no ham in the parmigiana as it should be. I could not eat it, returned it the next day and a refund was refused. (Even though I called the restaurant and the manager on duty said bring it back for a refund, I said I ordered because I have been drinking and can not drive it will be returned tomorrow.) After some discussion they offered a Chicken Parmagiana as replacement, Still missing the ham. OK.but still not tasty edible foods. Not sure where they get their supplies but I am sure it is from the cheapest vendor and the managers are not qualified to do that job.
So very dissapointed customer, food quality, clenliness are maybe the worst I have even seen. Worse than many street food vendors in Philippines, will never order again from this establishment.

It's a shame when a business fails due to poor customer service. It's totally avoidable yet Il Padrinos time and time again fail.

As a local I still have a tendency to call it Godfathers; as that was it name way back on the 90s. Having gone to St Albans Secondary and graduating in 2001, I spent many an afternoon eating with friends afterschool in Godfathers. The toppings were plenty, the taste was good and the pricing was fair. As the years went by the toppings shrunk and the customer service at counter became increasingly worse. I can excuse the toppings shrinking as a way to reduce cost but poor customer service has no excuse.

I have been left waiting at the counter as staff finished off a conversation multiple times, have had to pause mid order as staff took phone orders but the straw that broke the camels back was being on hold and hearing 2 other orders being taken in-store, one after the other, as I was left on hold and forgotten. I have experience the poor customer service for years now but I mainly order from Il Padrinos out of nostalgia, there are stores in St Albans whose taste and price are the same. There are even some that are better tasting for only slightly higher price. Yet I always order from Il Padrinos for old times sakes, no more though. I'm Done.

Food Poisoning! We ordered 2 pizzas and after my family ate it, a few hours later we reacted horribly, considering this was the only meal we all had together it was quite obvious that the pizzas were the problem. My sister and I had severe food poisoning and still recovering, my parter copped cold sweats and whole body symptoms. Quality has dropped drastically since the business was sold and I’ve never been so disappointed

Worst experience ever! We made a phone order and after an hour they called us back to ask us if we still wanted the order andif we could pay. Of vourse we still wanted the order and after paying we had to wait another half an hour just to receive a phone call that they didn’t have our order in stock so they couldn’t help us. Waited 1.5hr just to get nothing and hoping they issue a refund.

I have never experienced something this terrible.

37 Australian dollars for a large capa and lamb pizza with garlic sauce on top what a rip off they charged 2 dollars for garlic sauce lmao couldn't even taste it what i did taste was the off lamb had a slice I was done rest in the bin.made cereal 37 pffft what a joke.

Disgusting service. Me and my family are local regular customers. Order 3 pizza and came home without sauce on it like it used to be. Made a call back to tell them, they picked up the call and said they are closed then turn off the call. Made another call back and they did not pick up. Come to the shop next day and tell them about it. An old woman not even say sorry, trying to argue i should make a call immediately last night to talk about it. But as I explained they did not pick up the call. She said she will not do anything about it because it is not today business anymore. What a rude service. Never come back again. It’s waste of money and time. I paid expensively on the pizzas and cannot eat a piece. They cannot do anything about it. It’s too ridiculous. Very disgusting.

Worst experience with their staff. Owner of II Padrinos pizza please teach some manners to your staff that how to react and how to talk to a customer. Rude staff. Unethical staff. After today’s worst experience with customer service i will never come back to this pizza shop.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME EVERY SLICE OF PIZZA HAS HAIR ON IT. I realised only 2 slices in all of the pizza had all white and black short hair (probably beard hair I DONT KNOW.) IT WAS DISGUSTING can’t believe this place is even open they charge me $30 for one “large” pizza even though it’s a medium pizza. ALSO it took 2 hours to get to my house and it was cold pizza and it had hair. I literally vomited I can’t belive this place is even open the hygiene is 0/0 THE WHOLE PIZZA WAS COVERED IN HAIR I CANT BELIVE IT! I want a refund!

The place has been terribly go down after they changed the Italian owner to others. Rude customer services and the waiting time was ridiculous. It is no longer a traditional local pizza place, its more like a foodchain franchise like Domino or Pizzahut but with more expensive price.
We decided to give them a call first to reduce the waiting time, they told us to wait on the phone, we understood since it could be busy time.
However, 5mins later, we heard her pick up another phone that is ringing and then spoke in her language then started ordering in English while we are still waiting for her take our order. Whats a waste of time
We decided not to order anymore from this place ever again. We will support other local pizza instead and spread our reviews to all our community in Western Suburbs.

The pizza is nice, but the burger's pretty meh. And wait time is hella long. I'd recommend give them a call or buy the pizza on the website 15 mins in advance and

Amazing fresh pizza and service. Always open, friendly staff and lots of great options. Good option for pick up or delivery.

Cheese crust is yummy. Great balance of toping and good pizza selections. Staff are friendly too.

Worst place in Melbourne I have ever been to. Staff is rude and unprofessional. I won’t recommend this restaurant anymore.

It used to be a good halal option. I do not know what has happened to them now. I went there for a pasta on my break but the fettuccini was cut so small that I couldn’t even eat it. They also asked me to wait 20 mins for that which turned out to be 30 mins. I asked them for another one for which I had to wait another 25mins. It turned out to be something other than fettuccini and they said that the fettuccini gets broken which is why we made another without even informing me. They just do not know how to make a pasta. After wasting 1 hour there i went out with a refund.

Restaurant was dirty and they were handling the pizzas without gloves. They don’t cook the pizza properly.
