IGA Travancore

Never had any problems. I lived in the same apartment building so I casually came to buy some stuff. It was not that cheap but okay to buy something. And they are always nice.

Stayed in the area for a few months, had no qualms with this outlet! Clean, well-stocked, definitely not as big of a product range when compared to bigger supermarket chains, but its more than sufficient for day to day grocery shopping.

Worst Customer service, Non professional Staff Rude and rude behaviour With delivery persons

This is a great little store. I found everything I needed during a recent week stay at Alexander Lombard tower. Ready made meals in the freezer were good choices. Good drink choices. I recommend this store

They need to clean their coffee machine. It was absolutely filthy. IGA should inspect their stores more regularly and so too should the health department

Tried to call with an availability of a product and don't answer. Tried over 15 times one day. Useless

Best IGA, staff are all lovely:)
They have an amazing range of international products and health foods.
Plus they always have a smile on their faces.

For a small iga they have all the necessities (except for dog poo bags which could be quite annoying especially with the amount of dog walkers around) which was really good living close by especially as someone who lives with chronic pain. Always really great if you’re missing something and they close late which helps!

Worst IGA ever
When I ask some of stock, they just said that there is no stock, then I found it. All staffs are UNKIND.

Worst IGA ever. The lady was trying to get out of responsibility. When I paid for vending machine inside iga premise and it became faulty. She said she’s not responsible for it. Tries look at my credit card transaction kept saying they didn’t take the money when my iPhone clearly showed the machine took the credit card payment. Terrible service

I don't normally like to give negative reviews however I felt like I didn't have a choice.

I found this IGA had rapid tests available on findarat.com I was surprised to find instead of a box of two for $25 they had one test in individual zip lock bags for $20 because of family reasons and how hard these tests are to find I didn't have a choice and had to buy two for $40 I feel like people are taking advantage of people during the pandemic

Bought cheese from here that was nearly 2 weeks out of date.

"Fresh" produce seems anything but.

Such humble and kind staff, honestly love their customer service they can always make good conversation and help u with anything. I love how much this store has grown. Definitely recommend.

Pretty good store, kind of unique in some ways, it has what appears to be a tuck shop inside which is rather different from any other IGA I've ever been to, the staff are rather friendly and helpful when asked for help, I am keen on trying out the country fried chicken that is sold hot and ready in store! I will update my review after that.

If I could give zero stars I would. The two women that worked here today (29/5/2021) had no customer service skills at all. They'd rather blame their customers for putting the wrong tickets on different products rather than take responsibility for their mistake. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU. If they can get away with it, they would. Also, learn some customer service skills!

Absolutely fantastic service by their midnight staff on April 5th. We ordered through uber eats and they called us to make sure we were satisfied with our order and they event sent us a thank you gift. Put a smile on our faces!

Decent little mart. They have great snacks for people with allergies, 1hr parking in the underground complex beside it, and also a great place to stop off to grab a quick pep me up if you plan to skate at the Flemington drains.

Although this store has a great variety of products to choose from but unfortunately the customer service is pretty unfriendly and very rude. Yesterday I bought groceries from that store and they charged me $8 for Face Masks which I never bought. When I approached them for refund, the customer service representative gave me an excuse by saying that they accidently charged me $8 for reusable bag (actual price $0.15). Kindly check your receipt before leaving store.

Great staff. Really nice and friendly. Good fruit and veg section. Good neat section. Have asked if the could supply other cigarette brands, but was told no.

Well stocked and well priced. Good for the essential items. Also has a small liquor store inside including cold beers and spirits
