Poor service and REALLY BAD attitude from staff. Me and my my friends inserted $4 in the dart machine and it turns out the machine is malfunctioning. But the staff said they can not do anything and it's not their problem since it's not their machine.really believe the manager should choose their staff wisely. Good looking staff but horrible attitude is not gonna last long.

The girl who has long black hair and works at the front was extremely rude.
I think she doent know how to say 'THANK YOU' or 'HI' 'HELLO'
she was playing her phone though i was just standing at the front.
I am 100% sure that she already knew that customers are standing at the front but she just ignored.and when i ask the price, she was aggressive.
I dont understand why she is working there and who hired her.

Long story short: Find another place, because if you have trouble here, staff will not help you.

Asked specifically for 1 hour after she requested a $50 deposit, because their board says it'll keep charging if we dont specifically request. She said ok, dropped it down to a $20 deposit, gives me change back for my $50. We start playing, and ofc you lose track of time when having fun.

A while in, I start questioning as to why the light hasn't gone off yet. Usually when we ask for one hour, the light goes off in one hour. So I went to ask the girl at the counter how much time is left, to which she replies (and I paraphrase) "You dont have time left. You gave $20 deposit. You played over time, you owe $12.50. "

We were completely bewildered because this has never been a problem. Absolutely humiliating being extorted in front of other customers. Would not recommend the place solely on the horrible customer service.

A good louge to play billboard. It is very conveniet to get here. The staff in here is cute and nice.

The tables are good, however, the stuff are rude! Been there a few times just incase they were just having an off day, every time I have been they have been very unhelpful / unfriendly. Will not go back and will not recommend

Terrible customer service! Rude, no respect, probably one of the worst I've seen in my entire life.
I have tried to explain nicely that for future clients it would be nice to improve the service but the only response I had was rolled eyes.

In addition I've been playing 40min and charged for the whole hour.

The place has huge potential unfortunately the poor quality of the staff doesn't go that way.
