ICUE lounge is the spot to hang out and play pool with your friends. Great customer service and facilities for a good night out. Very good price for premium tables and pool cues.

Located in the centre of CBD inside QV, premium location that are really good for a few quick games catch up during happy hours or after dinner!

Nice pool tables, great selection of drinks, I'm definitely hitting this place again on my next city visit.

Really nice place to chill with friends late at night. However, Customer service could be improved, otherwise it’s a nice place.

Affordable place to play, equipment hiring available, decent place but a bit dark with lights not bright enough, been here a few times and still my best preferred place to pool. Thanks again icue!

Cool place to play billiards. May have to wait for your turn during peak hours, but still worth it. Loved playing! Arouns 20 dollars per game.

When my gf and I came here the first time we were turned away because she didn't have physical photo ID - she asked if she could show a picture of ID on her phone and were told no "because the government is watching" and this is against the rules.

When we came back the next time as paid for our table we saw the same lady let some guy use a picture on his phone to get access. I called her out on her unfair decision making and it turned into a big argument. Apparently they make up their own rules based on who you are or how you look. Place is in a good location, but service is bad, the women working behind the counter are rude and you definitely don't get what you pay for. Don't go here - take your business somewhere else.

Great place to play some pool but the lady at the counter was rude.
I’ve been there twice and both times she was dismissive and extremely arrogant and blunt.
Acts as though she is better than you. Weird attitude to have when your serving someone wanting to play pool

The environment was fabulous

I was abused by one of the workers, he was disguising as a player, had thick black glasses and a glove, who forced us out of the store as we were packing up our billiards balls and gear. I would not recommend anyone coming back to this place, as there is a terrible customer service which caused much displeasure.

Went with my brother and friend. Good pool hall. Reasonably maintained equipment. Reasonably priced.

Other patrons can be quite loud and disruptive, but nothing too dangerous.

Not a bad pool hall. Tables and cues/equipment is in reasonable condition. The service however was not the best. The girl serving us didn't look interested in helping us.

A bit pricey but great location and plenty of tables, had trouble understanding counter assistant

The table that we played on was very true and fast. The que's were all very straight and well weighted. The person behind the counter was very helpful and clear with all instructions. We had a good experience:)

$16.50 per hour for crappy tables and low quality cues. The table we used had a big stain that wasn't cleaned and is now permanent.

Tables not maintained and old. Cues are not properly tipped. Not worth for what youre paying for an hour.
