This is a budget Hotel, however the room was spotless, the staff could not be better and they have a huge off street parking area. Within walking distance is a pub, train station, McDonalds, a pizza/kabab place, shopping centre and more. Top location if you need to go to the airport and it has access to the ring road in 20m. For a cheap stay in that area it is top of the list.

Below average accommodation. I've using this particular site for over 20 years and I'm disappointed to see the level of the place go down. Needs a renovation and upgrade desperately! I booked a room in a non smoking area however the corridor stunk smokes everytime I left my room!

Gentleman at the desk was of good service though.

Booked in for a stay and had to arrive afterhours. Had checked with staff prior to arrival and was told just to check in using the kiosk outside. The kiosk WILL NOT WORK -we pressed the afterhours emergency intercom bottom numerous times but no one will answer. Now we are standing outside the building freezing and exhausted after a 9 hours drive. This is unacceptable and truly disappointing. Do not reccomend! I wanted to rate 0 star but it won't allow me, but seriously 1 star is an overrate as the service is non-existent

Very good for the price maybe they should have shampoo and conditioner aswell as the soap they give you but anything else was really good. Cheap and affordable for anyone that is stuck in a situation for the a night.

Clean and well presented. A little on the small side. Position a bit hard to get to at intersection of expressway and busy main road.

I drove down from Brisbane
Then stayed 3 or 4 days
Then I had to drive back to Brisbane in real emergency as they closing there borders for the lock down for Sydney.
I got back to Brisbane safely. Took me 21 hours.
Then one week later I fly down to finish my holiday.
Stayed for 14 days
I've been to that hotel as well around 2 or 3 years ago.
Great deals when keep your eyes out.
I will be back.

Clean room, attractive bed housekeeping was really good. The room was always smelled fresh. No issues during my stay. Ashish Hsk Supervisor was really good and polite during my stay. Provided everything during my stay. Will come back for sure.

The rooms were clean, the staff were efficient & friendly. The location is perfect. Close to shopping centre. Thank you for your great service. I’ll see you next time.

I stay there with my partner on weekend. As soon as you step in a warm welcome by receptionist and explained everything about property. Rooms are neat and clean. Parking is just infront the hotel which more convience. Thank you for your hospitality. Will be back again.

My second time here in 3 years and not much has changed.

The room is like you are in a plastic container (you will see what I mean if you go in to the bathroom) where they probably wash down the room with a firehose to remove the dirtiness and stickiness, eww! Obviously not good enough though, both times I have felt dirty when I leave here.

Fellow neighbours are from the bogan brigade but dont cause any trouble well not in my time there.

Very overpriced for what it is, but definitely a money making machine.

Stay here if you dare.

Small room, pay for what you get. Other rooms around you noisey, fridge noisey and radio clock went off at 12 when it reset.

Terrible, tiny room, cramped bus shower, didn't make up the bunk bed for some reason, way too expensive for what you get, you're far better off paying a little more for a decent room or stay at a hostel for less.

Great staff, meet some great guests, kitchen and laundry facilities are reasonable. Great budget motel you get what you pay for.

Not happy. The bed was almost not sleepable, the tv didn't work, the shower was tiny and it was like standing under a tap with no pressure the sink wasn't in the bathroom.

Very Bad Service, Mainly the reception, very rude. Don't fallow customer service. Never ever ill come back to this hotel.

A very bad place to stay. The rooms and the bathroom looks like a hospital. The rooms have wash basins in the room. The service is still good but the rooms are just tooo bad.

Great value for an overnight stay. Handy for a the airport with loads of places nearby to eat. Excellent value breakfast which was a great bonus

Room was ok but failed at one basic need of a hotel room. "Microwave" should be a standard thing in a room no matter the cost of a room

Decent for a budget motel. Clean room with a TV, working air-conditioning/ heating unit, bathroom and shower is very small with the sink/ mirror next to the beds in the main room. There's a few coat hangers, mini fridge, some mugs and a kettle with complimentary black tea and sugar. All the basics you'd expect.

HOWEVER: The shared kitchen downstairs lacked the basics such as cutlery, no bowls, plates or paper towels to clean with. Only a few pots/ pans, microwave and a fridge.

Beds in the rooms are single-size and are unable to shift together due to the shelf divider (a little inconvenient for couples but otherwise not a huge issue). No lift for large quantities of luggage/ heavy suitcases, which includes a lack of wheelchair access. Might also be difficult for elderly clients having to walk up and down stairs to get to the lobby. Would stay again for a quick stop-over but suggest somewhere nicer for those wanting to experience Melbourne to its fullest potential.

Good acces, large parking. Lots of places to eat close by. Cheap and a lot of essentials. Fridge didn't work though.
