I Dream Of Sushi reviews
34Have eaten here a few times and everything has been delicious. Great service and reasonably priced. Bento is good value. I will be going back again for more salmon & kingfish. One of the ladies kindly brought out a bowl of water for my dog too:)
I Dream Of Sushi is the freshest and tastiest sushi in Melbourne. The staff are super sweet, and the food is stunning.
I had certainly tasted better sushi before.its a big roll however its a dry.maybe a 3.5 but definitely not a 4.7
Sushi roll I had tasted dry to me and it was more expensive than most sushi places, but they were friendly staff and the store had a nice atmosphere.
Super fresh sashimi, great atmosphere and location and friendly staff make this Japanese restaurant the best in the northwest of Melbourne.
Japanese run sushi place. Sushi Sushi and Sushi hub could learn a thing or too from the warm atmosphere this place has. Food is always on point
Sensational! Fish is fresh, well presented and well prepared. I love the miso soup, my daughter loves the excellent steamed rice with salmon and tuna sushi. Girls are friendly and service excellent. Now my family weekly treat for home dinner! Highly recommended.
Great Japanese food on this side of town. As mentioned, the shop is very small so I rarely eat in but I do enjoy the experience when I do. The food is a tad more expensive compared to other restaurants and sushi bars but it is worth it. They have Japanese beer and local kombucha in the fridge too which is a bonus!
The food is a little expensive, having said that it is freshly made and delicious. Would thoroughly recommend.
The sashimi was unpleasant and I didn’t eat most of it. It was slimy and didn’t hold its shape. I have eaten here a few times previously and was happy with the quality but I will definitely not be back based on my latest experience.
Fantastic, delicious & authentic Japanese food, with warm & friendly service.
I discovered this place shortly after they opened & have kept coming back for more.
They focus on a small menu, done well, with specials to add some variety.
The owner moved here from Japan, having worked in restaurants there & her expertise combine with quality fresh ingredients to provide top notch Japanese cuisine that will have you coming back for more.
The restaurant is quite small & lacks space for hosting large groups, but do not underestimate it on these grounds - you will not find Japanese food of this quality anywhere in the north west of Melbourne & it is on par with or better than anything else on offer in the whole of Melbourne.
Hands down best sushi in the area! I come for the bento, stay for the quality! Keep it up guys, I honestly do dream about your sushi!
I love this place. The food is so good, the sushi is good of course, but the bento and don are amazing.
Good vegetarian dishes too.
Probably the best place to eat in Moonie Ponds.
Going there so often! Best rolls around, delicious bento box (crispy chicken is the best!) and adorable authentic Japanese staff. Fully recommended!
