Hungry Jack's Burgers Bundoora

VERY unorganised staff. Seems like they are headless chickens with how stressed they are. My order was given to two different cars before it arrived to my window. Not very good during COVID times.

Horrible experience, it looks like no one working there knows what they're doing and when you wanna talk to the manager, you'd realize the only difference is the tag. So if you don't know anything and don't wanna do anything, it's time to work at Hungry Jack's bundoora!

Waited in the car for 15 min and when I got the food the meat was not cooked at all. Worse hungry jacks ever tried. Don't come here.

I think we could of caught there staff change over but slow to get your meal as hardly anyone there working. Please, it's nice to have enough sauce on your burgers but way over board. Too much sauce. Through my burger away.

Very poorly maintained, not clean at all and very poor hygiene.
The burgers are not as tasty as it use to be and the size of the grilled chicken burger has shrunk and the cost is not justified.
Very friendly and polite service though.

Employer was unprofessional and when she gave out our drinks she smashed them on the counter to give it to us. She seemed really rude.

I ordered a chicken Royal with cheese. The bun was hard there was absolutely no mayo the cheese was not melted at all. The cheese had traces of red meat I absolutely don’t eat red meat. I Royale pattie itself was so hard. Terrible experience

Wish I could rate this zero stars this is shocking I had a whopper my favourite burger ever so disappointed worse burger i’ve ever had the burger was stone cold the girls were so rude they didn’t care to say sorry very disappointing I won’t ever come back again and I asked for my money back and they offered to make another one no way I don’t want another cold one

Needs a disabled toilet and customer service could be better. The girl who served us just called out what you ordered instead of order number so it was hard to know if it was your order or not.

Worst double cheese burger ever. I threw away half of it because it tasted like vinegar and just awful. The burgers definitely are not better at hungry jacks

Absolutely dreadful the burger was dry the chips were dry and yuck and the apple juice had mould on the bottom of the drink not buying here again.

I just bought a burger for my son order no. 694 chicken royal stanner with no lettuce inside in a meal. They gave me everything excluding the burger. I came home open the pack there was no burger in inside. It wasn’t busy at all I was the only car in the drive through. This is highly unprofessional and it’s not the first time it happened to me in this hungry jacks Bundoora it happened few times before. I am not at all happy with this service.

I felt that the counter was in a panic. The counter asked a customer if it was his meal. The customer said no. Later, the clerk placed the meal inside, and they continued to panic. Then we waited for a while and asked ourselves, the meal at the beginning was ours. The screen in the store does not display the meal number at all, and it is useless for the customers in the store to read it.

No staff at the front stands up for 5 minutes until I said hello.then the staff came out to serve me.

Service was extremely slow, waited 20 minutes for one meal, seemed to be a long wait between each meal being ready for every customer. Chips were bad, but the burger was good.
