Cold burgers and dead flies. The point of sale was not working either. Definitely below average by normal hungry jacks standards

The manager, Matthew, is extremely rude and an obnoxious person to deal with. He talks over you, didn't listen to you and is always willing to fight with customers!

No staff interacted, walked in to order chips and use bathroom was dead quiet staff ignoring us (4) walking in and rather continue talking to each other

Extremely slow ordered two iced coffee took 15 mins in line to be told to wait in waiting bay.
Then coffees came out incorrect.

Disgusting service. Staff are rude, and we need to return back the nuggets and onion rings since it was served cold.

They decided to fight with me and my mum instead of giving us our food. They stole 30 dollars from us, and in return, didn't even give us our correct order. Never going to this store again. A complete waste of space.

Service.ok…chips.ok…Burgers? Ok. But little bit more lettuce please. (. Now cheape.)

Only given a star because of location. This is such a neglected site. Front of house, where orders are eventually taken, looks like back of house. Slow and sometimes ignorant staff. Handed order without comment at drive-thru. Honestly, is it a thing with hungry jacks to have slow and ordenary service in all their stores? Are they just generally no good and I just didn't know? Can anyone name a good one?
The burgers are better but everything else is worse. Brand audits need to start happening. Do better hungry jacks.

I wish I could put no stars on this Hungry jacks restaurant, countless times I have ordered from them either in store or by door dash and they always seem to forget how to complete an order. They forget at least 1 individual burger, they always seem to not know what drinks are which as I ordered a Fanta and got given a coke. I have given this hungry jacks too many chances to correct their mistakes and every time it gets thrown back in my face.

Drive ice cream and chai. I must say the chai latte at HJ is way better than Mecca's, maybe because I prefer spice to vanilla chai, but the ones from here I must say are constantly excellent. My grandsons just love the bursties

Poor quality on the product had to send my burger back because there was blue marker stained all over my pattie. Expensive for what it is.

Come on guys - scrubb up! Like seriously! Clearly no one looks at any reviews here to make it a better place. Let's break down the badness of this joint:

1. The girl who took our order sounded like she would rather work some place else.and I think she should

2. We asked for water and "sorry we're out of water" - seriously? Are we in Ethiopia where there is no water?

3. We were missing a burger.ordered 3 and only got 2. It was a good thing we checked in the car park before driving off- we went and explained what happened and they couldn't care less. All the girl said was "here you go"

4. And always with every place the burgers never look like the picture but these guys I'm sure tried to make it look worse than the picture so well done for that I guess.
I won't come back until I see some better reviews.

5. The toilets.they mustn't care. The dryer didn't work and there was hand towel all in the basin

The slowest Hungry Jack's I've ever experienced. Took almost 20mins for one whopper burger to be ready. Quality is ok.

Extremely busy and under staffed. Very polite Sara and izel stepped up and made sure everyone was attended too. Great experience I would have them both as team members in a heart beat.

Told to wait in the bay for my order so after watching a guy walking around looking i asked if that was my order to be told no. So after watching others get their orders for approx 15 minutes the kid came out with my order and apology. I had ordered large and this was small so he ran back in got it and i drove out.
I think what he was apologizing for was it was the original order that came out 15 minutes + ago and it was stone cold except for the small chips he put in to make up the extra i had paid. This type of food is not that cheap that they can serve bad food.this was bad.just no care at all. The one up the road is worse i believe.

Service was quite good as usually they are pretty slow when you go in and order over the counter.

Have had no problems with orders here, usually quick. Dining area has reopened finally after covid closures. Shake & win sometimes gives good prizes so download the app.

This was a amazing experience they taught me that frozen lemonade is actually yellow super happy with the service
