59If you guys advertise a 10: 30pm close and then actually shut the doors and lights out at 9: 45pm, stop your false advertising. You guys at Eltham do it all the time, poor form for a Hungry Jacks Store
Well worth the slight wait time.
Manager came out and apologised for the wait, never had that happen so a massive thank you to him.
If l could give 0 l would. Ordered food at drive through for the first time as we rarely have junk. The person taking my order handled the money with gloves on, then with the same gloves which she had handled money with, given back change, still with the same gloves on handled our food. Discussing! Did mention to throw the food l"d order out and replace it with fresh food. They apologised and replaced it. BUT what what else is going on there. Definitely not following food handling and health procedures. Will be contacting the health department. And l will never go back there again.
Don't bother ordering a whopper with cheese because you'll just end up with a plain whopper in drive thru. Also very stingy with ingredients where you get 1 tomato and the tiniest lettuce in a burger. Very frustrating.
A tad slow on making orders it I think that's down to reducing staff in store. A bit worrying when the manager who is making your burgers forgets to add tomatoes. I will say that they were all following covid cleaning regulations
Meh. Its fast food slightly below the expected bar I'd normally set. Staff are lovely but the food always seems soggy and sad.

They never put enough sauces in the whoppers there dry as & hardly no lettuce or onion. Drive through at dinner time wich is like 3/4 cars max always takes 10min minamum per car. Worst hj's ever. Prefer 2 make the extra trip now to Bundoora. There always fantastic
Quality of the finished product is steadily decreasing, not to mention the quantity of servings is getting markedly smaller.
The “crispy” chicken burger I ordered was very soggy and salty, I had one bite and asked them to swap a new one, they did but very reluctantly. Perhaps the staff should be trained not only how to prepare food, but under Australian consumer law, you are entitled to get what you paid for. Would not come back though.
Long wait when the store was empty, no proper cheese for the burger so had to have different stuff put in, and had to listen to manager giving life advice to staff member while waiting ages! A good 6-7min in an empty store, and I ordered a standard meal.
To be honest I don't think covering your resturaunts walls with anti-LGBTQ+ propaganda is a good marketing move but the food was good, 5/5
It is what it is I like the spider ice cream and slushies drink. The bland over processed food is a constant disappointment. I'd eat it if I had to. Fries are fine
Just waited for 13mins in drive through. No customers were in store. Staff didn’t apologise for wait. Got home and didn’t receive what I ordered. Disgrace.
The vegan burger is TERRIBLE. Also, they changed their onion rings I love the old onion rings. But the store itself and the customer service was all fine.
I ordered a vegan cheeseburger through drive-thru, but received a double beef cheeseburger with bacon.
I called back later to let them know it could have been a big mistake if I actually was a vegan.the guy working on drive-thru preferred to argue that the vegan burger wasn't available anyway (despite the huge poster advertising it in the drive-thru). I didn't care for a refund, just wanted an apology (didn't get one) and for the staff to be more careful. Won't return here again.
Got our order wrong. Food looked and tasted terrible. My son and I have food poisoning this morning. Won’t be back.
Man with mustache. He does not fit into the service. It's so bad You should improve. You are not suitable for service.
