Hungry Jack's

I have visited this store dozens of times, and it continues to disappoint again and again. Every time we order using the Hungry Jacks app, the restaurant never ‘receives’ our order even though we had submitted it. Each time, upon arriving the the restaurant, we are told to wait for them to prepare our food, which many times arrives after others peoples food despite us ordering it in advanced. On one occasion, the staff forgot about our order and we had to go inside the shop and order again. Avoid this Hungry Jacks at all costs, and instead order from one of the many other fast food stores in the area, or support local restaurants and businesses

Went through drive through. They made a couple mistakes with my order firstly only giving me half then giving me someone else but staff were super friendly and quick to fix my order

Good burgers:) staff were very patient with me when i wasn't sure what i wanted and communicated with me very well

Disgusting. Don't check their expiration dates. Purchased a Hersey's Cream Pie for my 95 year old Great Grandma and was lucky to have checked before she continued eating, as there was mould growing on the top. Called the store to complain and the manager offered compensation, however I don't care about free food - I care about your staff doing food checks to ensure the health and safety of customers.

Always stuff up the orders
Not long ago ordered an Aussie burger and received kind of like a whopper but who knows what the thought process was, this time ordered an ultimate double whopper and got two parties, cheese, angry onions, jalapenos and some lettuce, can't for the life of me figure out what the thought process behind this one was, you go to hungry jacks else where and they smash out really good burgers, this joint on the other hand seems to play pick and mix making their own burgers up, and for the price of 18$ for a meal they are the most expensive of the lot which is alright when it's done properly but when there's that much competition out there and this is the result. I'd be worried

It's a hungery jacks an not even a very good one as only me there an still took 15 mins to get food an not even hot

The service used to be ordinary, however in the last year or so the service and quality has improved dramatically. The burgers actually look like those on the images!

The Whopper Vegan burger should be served with a straw. What a concoction of sugar sauce and mush. Would have to say it was the WORST burger I have ever tasted.

These people get my order right.love people who works there, amazing kids who knows to do their jobs.definitely deserve a raise

Manager was very rude. I placed the mobile order and they dont have that patties. So i asked to cancel and they say we cant do anything. When its their fault they ask me to go with available ones. I am not at all happy

The classic. I don't really write negative reviews.but, here we are. Jack of hungry jacks would be disappointed. I don't know who the people are that have abducted him from the eltham restaurant are but, they should be a little bit upset with themselves. I'm not angry, just disappointed. I try keep the faith and return to the house of Jack in Eltham. My order is constantly messed up. If I ask for cheese in my whopper it's generally because I want cheese. Sometimes it's just to sound gross.

Look. I'll say it right now. I'm not a fan of fast food. Not in the slightest. However I found myself at hungry jacks after being caught without anything for lunch, and as far as these things go, the food was very good. I know, I was surprised too. These things can be so random

Flame grilled burgers and nice chips as usual.
Friendly team members, good service.
Ingress and egress for the car park can be challenging.

Vegan options are nice, staff are polite enough and food is always made to standard - more than I can say for most Maccas'

The burgers were better at Hungry Jacks. Just not in Eltham. I was served a whopper with a soggy bun at the bottom. And everything was just kinda piled on top of each other. Can't believe I paid $8 for this. McDonald's Eltham is a better joint. I remember visiting Hungry Jacks Eltham 2 years back and stopped because the food was just not up to standard. Hoping things would have changed by now. Apparently not. Probably need retraining from HQ.

Terrible service!

Only one staff member was working at the service counter. They kept prioritising the cars at the drive in, then when they eventually got to the counter they served a cab driver who cut in front of our family of four.

This place is badly managed with staff who do not care about their customers. Ended up heading to McDonald's where we were served immediately.

Really disappointing experience at Eltham HJs!

All good. I have a new van which requires a height clearance of 2.5 metres. This drive through is only 2.2mt. Just to be mindful of that.

Tonight marks the third time in a year that we've ordered Hungry Jacks via app and after waiting 2 hours with nothing being delivered have eventually been told we can have a refund that'll take a month to come back to our account. Absolutely appalling customer service, assuming you can call ordering your dinner and getting nothing, a service.

Unfortunately quite slow service in the drive-through - staff seemed under pressure & could hear the managers voice clearly telling them to speed up.
Both burgers were hot & fresh though so tick there.
Apology for the time was given while passing the order across. Accepted

Very poor customer service!
We rarely ever have hungry jacks and today's experience has made me not want to spend another dollar at hungry jacks ever again! Thanks to the very rude, impatient, unhelpful girl (her name is Octavia) that took our order today at the Eltham Hungry Jacks. We were spoken to in a condescending manner and were made to feel like we were annoying her in the way she replied to our order via drive thru (even though they weren't even busy, no cars in front or behind us and also no customers in store, yet she was trying to rush our order) when you train your staff, please teach them some manners!
