Been shocking service since stripping the kitchen and letting go of staff. You end up waiting in drive through for so long!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE. Especially the second encounter.
Mid afternoon today was the 2nd time I went there in a week.
Both times VERY disappointing service.

On the first occasion 8am midweek, I ordered an egg & bacon muffin, hash brown & coffee. The MOST BASIC of mainstay breakfast items. The place was very quiet with only one other car. These basic items were not ready, and being told to pull over & wait, I waited 6 - 8 minutes for my order. So much for fast food. Had I have known the wait was going to be this long, I would not have ordered in the first place. When the food did finally arrive the muffin had obviously been microwaved. Hot - yes, VERY soggy - YES. Yuk.

On the second encounter (Fri 10th Dec - today 3pm), I ordered a burger and fries, clearly stating after the fries, "that's all thank you". After this clear communication I was asked, I kid you not, FOUR times "Would you like a drink with that? Each time I replied "I'd just like the burger and fries. " Each time the APPAULINGLY TRAINED attendant asked she kept getting more aggressive, finally SHOUTING the cost of the two items at me. I drove off in DISGUST. I will never pay for a meal with such bad karma attached.

Postscript: 10 mins later I had a beautiful, fresh meal available without waiting from KFC served by an excellently trained service professional.

Hungry Jack's has lost one customer forever.
Rudeness should NEVER be a part of a food service experience.

Once again 45 minutes the Mildura restaurant sucks for time spent waiting for meals

Still waiting for order. Need I say more. Ordered ahead on app, got here and 20 minutes in drive through still waiting. Last time I came here it was the same but thought it might have been a one off. Nope it's standard here.

The service after 7 is super slow…. Managing and prioritising the orders are bad. A proper supervisor should be around to manage…this is atrocious waiting for 20 minutes.

Had to wait around 30mins for a dry whopper and cold fries due to online takeaways, and there was only 2 off us in store line. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Although staff were telling other staff to keep working while talking & having to wait more than required, I was please that my chips were hot & food was good. They did however not as me what flavour sauce I wanted, choosing it for me to after they had taken my sons order previously & he was given an option.:/

Instead of fast food. It's a SLOW food. Staff including supervisors/managers like to play around instead of getting the job done. SLOW SLOW SLOW. The lady in the photo is the worse staff. Talk non-stop but barely getting the job done. Recruitment should have done better

They're called themselves fast-food but I've been waiting about 45 minutes and I already gave them a chance. Still the same. No any more for this branch

Sorry this can't be one of my most positive posts. It was terrible this morning. I was on a deadline to travel and spent around 20 minutes stuck in "drive-thru". Ordering took over 5 minutes alone with the order being made up and then repeated numerous times along with dead silence, then struck in the driveway for the rest of the time with 3 other cars! There was no explanation, no consideration of an "extra" for the long long delay, and no Manager to speak to. Whatever was happening it was exceptionally badly handled. Somewhere else for a travel breakfast next time - couldn't trust to go through this again.

Ordered two meals for take away with spicy sauce on each and as I arrived home there wasn’t even one sauce. I called them to get my sauces delivered and I got no for an answer. All they offered was free sauce if I go next time and that only costs few cents. My offer was that they give me free meal for that next time, the answer was no again. So for them it is alright if I spend more from my free time and drive another 20km total to get my desired sauce with my fries, but it is not alright to give me at least one free meal because of your own mistake is just top level rudeness. I hope you lose all your customers. And it wasn’t the first time.

Just ordered 2 whoppers via the voucher that recently came out with other catalogues delivered to households, waited ten or more minutes as the store and drive thru were packed. Only to receive bacon deluxe burgers. Also noticed and noted that the sign displayed said 'mask required for service' only to look on as my food (and every other customers) was being prepared by employees NOT wearing masks. If I wanted bacon deluxe, I'd have ordered them.if I'm to abide by policy (mask wearing), so should staff

Came through at around 6pm tonight with the family and grabbed a Whisky Whopper meal and a stunner, and i dont think I've ever recieved my food so quickly through the Drive Through here before like I did tonight. The girl who served me was very polite and the food was great

Fast, fresh and delicious. My favorite burger is the Peri Peri Crisp. The family meal is quite a good and fulfilling deal! The only drawback is the excess salt in the fries and sometimes there is strong smell of reheated oil but that's probably a management issue. Somehow seats are not cleaned everytime after visits and we have to clean it ourselves before being seated.

It's what you would expect from a Hungry Jack's really. I have had fresher tasting burgers at other towns through this franchise but in saying that they are still above average.

Nice food which was fresh but a 10 minute wait in the drive thru is too long.
And your staff working out the back weren't wearing a mask at all during stage 4 lockdown on Saturday the 13th Feb.

Burgers are not what they used to be. Good service, though. Not much care taken in the preparation and presentation of burgers any more. Sporadically may get very good and tasty burgers. Glad no mistakes are experienced or missing food like in some other places. This time two stars. Next time, may be better.

Because jacob sounds like a world wide game show host and makes each visit more interesting than the last. Every hjs should have a Jacob ️

Typical take away. Really need bigger egg rings, as the eggs end up being a lump that makes the doubles fall apart when you eat them.

Can't even get my order right 3 times it took to correct, that's after driving back to restaurant then upon leaving checked and still not right, come on not even busy.
