Hungry Jack's

Very disappointed, was waiting 5-10 minutes at the ordering box & watched 4 cars ordered & left before I even got served & didn't even get a sorry, very disappointed

Good food but the outside the shop was discussing litter everywhere and in male toilet the door fell off in my hubby's hand, not impressed lucky it didn't happen to a child

Really good. Had not had HJs in a long time. Was fresh, and they didn't forget anything. Well done and thanks.

Food is served quickly and tastes great. However, parking can be limited during peak hours. Overall, a good experience.

Waited 1/2 in store and still missing stuff and given the wrong stuff lack of staff and duty of care

We were 13 mins in drive thru! How I know? Coz I was on the phone talking the whole time while my partner is picking our order as it is app order. Ridiculous!

Well over half hr wait time to recive 2 burgers

Was very dirty inside. Couldn't sit inside with my teenage daughter as the music was blasting that loud. Ordered extra on my burger and didn't get it

Pulled into town, got motel room with restaurant onsite…was closed. Was going to get delivery from Hungry jacks around corner, wait time was half hour to 45mins, decided to go thru drive thru, one taking order should be on the radio,
Took a bit to finally pay and get food however was fresh and tasty. Good service and food quality was good

It took a long long while to get our order. Front of busy staff were busy while cooking staff were talking to each other. The restaurant was filthy with dirty tables and floor. I mentioned this to a cooking staff member on his dinner break and he just ignored me. Very disappointing as HJs used to have a top reputation. Would give it 1 out of 5 because at least it was open.

I came into Store yesterday, to use the toilet, and the restaurant floors were black, and tables were filthy. Toilets were 10 times worse. When I use to work here, I would always clean the toilets and make sure the restaurant was always presentable, obviously the staff have gotten more and more lazy to do it and management don’t care anymore.

Whenever I've been to the store, the food has always been fresh. The staff are nice, friendly, and always greeted with a smile when served in-store

One of the worst hospitality i have ever seen in my life. The staff including manager is so rude as they think we are asking for their kidneys. Its a humble request to the management of hungry jacks when you people are training the new employees bring them to this store so that atleast they can will learn the worst store experience. The management should atleast visit these stores once a year and give the best perfomance award for these kind of employees in the store. Never recommend this store in mildura.

After a quick dinner tonight to make things easy. Pulled up at the drive through and it was packed, always a good sign. Decided to get my rear out of the car and go inside. There was several people inside which to my suprise they were mostly deliveroo, or doordash people. Order and waited my turn considering the line in drive through was huge and the menulog machine kept going off the food arrived in a reasona time. Poor bloke behind the counter was getting flustered with being so busy. Unfortunately the bag split and away went the chips and chicken bites. The manager (I'm assuming) handled the situation really well and got the poor bloke back on track. Meal was hot and 2nd batch of chips were hot too

Well, , it's hungry jacks, we all know hungry jacks, so not gonna be any amazing things to enthrawl you with, But, I DO LOVE thier onion rings. Could be more, but I recommend if you have never tried.

Food was ok. Prices of meals are pretty expensive for fast food. The let down was the restaurant was absolutely filthy dirty. Floors don't looked like they have been cleaned in months. I actually took photos I was so discussed. Considering we are in a pandemic the restaurant should be super clean not the opposite. Won't be going back anytime soon

Poor service, leave you standing there without acknowledging you, so you think they're ignoring you. Dry, flavourless chips. Burger ok.

Service pathetically slow. Took so long for coffees to be made. Hash browns and muffins were cold

They need to improve on the food quality. Each time me and my partner goes the chips are either cold or we are missing something or we just end up with bad service. Update on this review I will not be going to hungry jacks anymore due to the lack of customer service and team members not performing proper procedures.

You'd think after 50 years or so Jack would finally eat something to no longer be hungry, I mean, they are HIS burgers
