Ordered from there via menu log order was missing items hungry jacks staff are meant to insure orders are correct before being sent out fail.
Rung Hungry jacks spoke witth a staff member who has no idea of how to speak with customers she was extemely rude asked to speak with Duty manager was hung up on.willnow lay officail complaint with Melbourne Head Office.
Spoke with menu log who read our order back they got it right and sent out a voucher.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand this is fastfood but this was the slowest food service and the worst. Drove 15mins to get a rebel whopper (ordered 3) got home to eat them and realized from the smell and taste (my boyf whos had both normal and rebel could tell it was meat) our order was wrong. Considering many people have severe allergies to meat, I would be very concerned about the legal obligations involved in messing up orders so horribly. We then returned driving the 15 minutes again to get them replaced with the right ones and it took forever! No excuse can be made about it being busy, there was no body else in the shop or drive through. Very disappointing in the store as a whole, I wont be coming back and I couldnt recommend to NOT go here more.

For it being so busy, they missed 2 cheeseburgers. Didn't realise till I got home, (20 mins away) so I tried calling but it went to answering service. So I went back to the store and the manager was so nice. She made sure that the person who was meant to be answering the phones, did their job, and got a full refund for having to wait, unanswered phone calls, and missing burgers. The place was soo busy, it was 6pm, so I don't blame them for what happened. But all in all, the staff are good, friendly and mistakes happen. Food is freshly cooked and didn't have to wait to long for the food in general despite a full drive through and store. Never had any issues previously at this store, so a once off is expected.

This store has really gone down hill the last year or two.keeps giving wrong burgers then what's paid for and soft serve or drinks machines are always down.today I paid for double whopper with cheese meal n got a double special vegan.they told me after I paid for my meal the coke zero wasn't working either n I could have water or nothing because I said I'm diabetic and cant have the other drinks. I asked if I could get a cheese burger instead and was refused even tho i said I'd pay the difference.the staff here really dont care

This outlet seems out of sight if you are not around Berwick regularly. However, it's a great place to go with for family.
Good and prompt services and friendly atmosphere.
The serving is fresh and hot from the oven. My wife & 5 grandchildren thoroughly enjoy our Sunday lunch. Tks. Will be back.

I liked this particular Hungry Jack's because the staff were helpful. There was a group of people who had trouble with English and the staff were patient and accommodating. The burger I had was no worse or better than any other I've had at HJs but that is not to say that I didn't enjoy every mouthful. Thanks Jack - I hope you're not Hungry any more.

Dodgy service, came here on the weekend and got 2 meals and both medium chip boxes were crushed at the bottom to ensure smaller serving sizes.meals put through incorrectly and costing more than they should have.burger was cold and at the same time burnt, the kitchen was billowing horrible black smoke when we left. Me and my partner got terrible food poisoning and and are still feeling cramps because of it! We will never eat here again!
this place needs to be shutdown before they kill someone.

Employees are worst. Supervisor failed to train their members to be quick to prepare food to menulog. It happens everyday. Worst hungry jack outlet in Australia. You guys need to learn from Hungry Jack located at Pakenham

The service is either really great or extremely poor, u don't know if that 1 car in front of u are waiting for 5 large meals and sundaes. They won't park them so 10 minutes later I get to still wait and watch them make my soft serve cone

The place is good. Don't go for dine-in too regularly, so don't know if it's just drive-through that get squashed burgers. When crowded, service is slow.

Fast service, fresh burgers. I tried the "rebel" whopper and was very suprised, one of the best fake beef burgers I have had. It was smokey, texture was good and it went well with the tomato sauce and mayo. However at 700 calories it's not really a healthier option. Worth a try if your interested in alternatives to meat. I'm not a vegetarian hence it won't be a regular order of mine.

Ok where to start the manager has an awful attitude to certain staff members. It was horrible to see. Food was bad too.

Food is usually of good quality however i have had incorrect orders when i got home and their phone number wouldnt work

This would have to be the worst place stuck about 6 cars back from the check out 25mins ended up driving over the gardens to get out by time we got out onto the main road another 5 mins cars still in the same spot no service, and never put signs up if put of soft serve icecream normally 5,10 min wait only 5min but have no more time for this store

The order was slow, the drinks area stunk to the point of nearly vomiting and the tables and seats need a good clean as well as the floor.

Horrible customer service and strict on refills, if I could give zero I would wish this place was way better need to make rules clear, very unsanitary do they even clean it to be honest they just chuck good in bag need more qualified workers and more respect for the people who are helping them get paid.

Still the better main stream fast food burger outlet. The burgers are bigger, tasty, not too sloppy and more look like their advertised picture. Even the hash browns are larger, and prepared wonderfully crisp. My preference of the two major burger restaurants.

Horrible food. Service was very slow but the worst part was the literally rotten eggs in our breakfast. My husband has been sick with food poisoning all week because of it. It took me several attempts to get in contact to have this resolved. DO NOT GO HERE!

Clearly the worst HJ's around. Wait time is terrible, so is the food and you'll be lucky if they get your order right.

Floor was Luke warm at best (the nuggets were cold) only real flavour was sauce. We used to love hungry jacks but they have gone downhill in a big way, and doesn't seem to matter which store. All have been pretty average over the last few visits.
