I found that the place was very dirty floors needed cleaning and it smells not sure of what and staff just standing around

Last time through drive through we waited about 20 mins and got cold food as a result, today same slow service about 15 mins wait and only 2 cars ahead of us. BUT got 2 TASTELESS VEGAN whoppers instead of regular ones. NOT GOING BACK EVER

Was good. It's gone down hill and the icecream machine is always not working. I mean the amout of time I have ordered online to this restaurant with ice cream and everything is fine but no ice cream. Yet every other hungry jacks I have chosen to go to has areive perfect.

I never post a review, but when which is normally every 2 months, the burgers are always cold, which I knew would happen, Hungry Jacks should be Hungry Craps never again

Ordered the new fried chicken, 3pc $11.25 and they are the same size as the nuggets! Look nothing like they advertise. I've attached a photo of the 'fried chicken' next to one of their nuggets. Absolutely ridiculous and a rip off! False advertising!

Food was decent could be fresher and hotter and time waiting for one simple meal was abit absurd

This is usually the better HJs in the area however I'm pretty sure you are supposed to actually cook the meat. Yesterday my burger wasstone cold and my chips were as hot as can get.
And because it's drive through they know most customer won't return because the roads a mess atm.

They sure don't skimp on the ice-cream in the cones and the fries. Always giving us the full amount, never half filled, unlike the competitor's. Their burgers are somehow tastier than the competitor's. Strange but true. Our loyalty had been swayed ever since we tasted their burgers. We're now coming here when we want a quick fulfilling snack for after school.

They stuffed up my order but in my favour got a double whopper with cheese ended up being a quad. Was delicious and extremely filling.

Just went through drive thru and was asked to wait in the waiting bay. That is fine. But after being told there would be a wait on food I would not have expected it all to be cold and the chips not even half full.

Good consistent quality food.
Do find myself parking in the waiting bay every single visit for 5mins+

I had to repeat my order few times, still couldn't get it right. I was not given with straw, upon asking twice. Very poor customer service.

Untrained staff and even manager vishal. Asked for 2 small whopper meals and told him to change one of the burger patty with vegie patty and he said we can't do that lol. We are doing it from last 2 years lol. Please don't say we can't so that we dont have option to change patty if you don't knw how to use system

Staff who are preparing food not wearing masks manger did nothing waited 25 minutes to get served because uber eats had priority

The person named Alex, was a very good worker. Very helpful, the food was great although it had pickles when asked not to. Alex was a kind and friendly employee who makes me want to come back to the store.

Had the grilled chicken burger and the chicken was dry and overcooked. Onion rings were very oily. Best thing about this meal was the cup of tea. Reason why I gave 2 stars

Good food, but if your getting drive through then I highly recommend you check your order before leaving

Quite good service.
Just make sure to ask for tissues, salt, pepper, sauce. No chance otherwise?

Staff oblivious to customer's presence or wilfully sprayed me with hose in the outdoor eating area.

Fresh burgers that were tasty for a quick takeaway.
A little bit of a longer than expected wait for the drive-thru, however I don’t mind if I receive fresh and tasty food.
