Hungry Jack's

Usually good, but was given some other burger instead of my vegan cheeseburger that I ordered. Think I may have been given the rebel whopper, but unsure. Not even eating it

Why is the staff so stingy with the sauces. Every time I order nuggets I have to specifically ask for my sauce, most of the time I don't even get it unless I ask for it after I've gotten my food. Once I ordered 6 nuggets and I had to pay the extra 30cents, which I shouldn't have had to and I never even got the sauce. Today I ordered 12 and had to ask for the sauce at the window and only got 1! I know how many sauces I'm entitled to, I used to work here (and hated every minute of it, terrible place to work)

Every time we go hear on our way home wich is a hours drive our order is never what we ask for even after we said to the girl on the register this is what we want do they know how them. The answer is always yes but they stuff it up every time.i wouldn't recommend it to anyone

$20 for 1 small meal and 6 nuggets Waited over 15 mins not 1 person eating inside 2 cars in drive thru and still forgot the nuggets absolutely pathetic!

Service is always good, workers are friendly, eating inside was good with no one else in there. I did order an aussie whopper meal, who ever made it forgot to put cheese on the burger! WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL. The kids meals where all good, But the fries here have way to much salt on them. Told a staff member, who did not go and tell the manager, he continued on packaging other meals.

Burgers are always great here at Hungry Jack's Echuca staff are friendly curtious and hard working.

Very slow drive thru after 9pm, took nearly 15 minutes from order to receiving, simple order no special requests

We went to the toilet here at servo PIE FACE next th Hungry Jacks and it was filthy. Can recommend the servo or hungry jacks toilet at all

Clean big store combined with petrol come service station.
Had a large burger meal deal a and sticky date pudding for dessert.

Only complaint was the young cashier boy did not know his product range and could not tr omment to me what I wanted. Had to work out for myself and then did not get part order right. But they rectofied. Else all fine

Awesome food, but would be better if they put more staff at the counter as they were doing more for drive-thru

Food was nice, upset that they have chosen to CLOSE their toilets. Not a good thing for anyone

Asked for onion on my burger.didn't happen after requesting twice.burgers were sloppy. 3rd time.your out

I am a frequent at fast food due to my line of work out and about. The Echuca Hungry Jacks is always consistent in quality and the staff are always friendly. A special mention for Jackie, she is always a delight to see and they have a great respect for the emergency services.

Really slow service, in and drive through, but staff are friendly, some things dont taste the same as other hungry jacks and made different.

Slowest service from any outlet visited and little to no Caeser sauce on my wrap. Need to lift their game.

2nd visit there
First time got back on road coffee was lukewarm and so sweet it went out the window (asked for no sugar)
Second time today 15 mins to get thru drive thru, charged for double whopper got a single and no spoon for Sundae which went the way of last week's tepid coffee. Won't be a third visit.

This was a nice drive thru easy to order and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The staff are courteous they seem unsure when you talk to them lol.maybe people who go thru drive thrus lack manners and treat them a bit like servants. Smile its infectious say hello and mean it both patrons and staff. This was only issue l had really.

You need to work on customer service within your younger staff and to teach them how to listen to a customer when specifically asking NO cheese ham and Tomato toastie and them telling me twice that it'd be $7.00 and only giving $2.65 change.

Waited 10+ minutes in drive thru, chips were cold, whopper looked average, vomiting that night, never again

The young boy that served us had excellent customer service and he was friendly and helpful, keep up the great work!
