Hungry Jack's

Ordered delivery off Menulog, didn't get my whiskey river whopper or the chips. Got a bloody vegan burger. They also won't answer the bloody phone goes straight to message bank.

When through drive through and placed an order, drove to nxt windows and waited 10min! Drove to collect windows and still no service or pay options after 3 minutes so left with no food!

I always get the cheesy bacon classic jacks fried chicken burger from here. The staff are always friendly, the store is normally clean and the food comes out fresh and tastes decent. I cant say no to their frozen drinks with bursties, even in winter.

For some reason tonight (about 9.30pm give or take) the drive thru service was incredibly slow, 3 cars waited almost 10 minutes maybe more to go thru. Orders didnt appear large ahead and mine was just a coffee which still took a couple of minutes even after i had paid? Something definitely amiss in the team there tonight.

I made the change to hungry Jack's a little while ago from the other big burger chain and will never go back. The staff could be a little friendlier but it is a convenient place and the food is tasty

Had the chicken bacon deluxe and hubby had the beef version. Both meals were really nice, the chips were hot as well.
They were a bit busy so the wait time reflects that. It did seem that they don't have enough staff as the poor girl on the counter was having to do a lot more than just front counter service, but she was still happy and helpful.

Ordered online so I could skip most of the wait time and I still had to wait about 25 minutes for my order, people who ordered in store were waiting around 30 minutes. They were asking who was waiting the longest and for their numbers because the orders were going off the board. The only reason why I got my order was because I walked up to the front counter and showed them my number.

I watched my burgers (two rebel whoopers) sit there for at least 10 minutes and it wasn’t like I ordered something large, I only ordered them with two medium chips. Burgers were ok and chips weren’t really filled. Quite disappointing.

Wait time wasn't long. Food was fresh. Plenty of seating inside. Shared with petrol station store. Drive through is easily accessible even for the tradie trailers

Staff rude and staff member on counter looked at me when I got to the counter to order and walked straight out the back as I was about to place my order and did not return for about 5 minutes.

Always a pleasure underneath a lot of pressure with staffing and Covid. Extremely friendly and management including assistant manager Josh who is assert to the Hungry Jacks Brand.

Fast friendly service, very clean establishment and food was great. Other sites should strive to be like the Echuca restaurant.

While the venue itself is small (attached to a local service station), this is actually advantageous as being away from the centre of town means that the place is almost never crowded, and you're not waiting for 30 other people to be served before you get your food!
(Also, the caramel mocha iced coffee is pretty good too!)

Not too good. Had a long (15min+) wait in the hot sun. Then our order had a whopper instead of the pulled pork burger and as often happens the nugget sauce is missing.

Very good service got a free meal because the boy in the drive through offered to pay for my meal if I show him my breast, easiest free meal of my life. I believe his name was "Cus or maybe Gus" I'm losing my sight in my old age but over all a remarkable and sexual experience.

Very quiet, But went there for the bursties lol. No dining in, But everyone can stand around and wait. Doesn't make sense. Friendly team members. Fast service

I love the orange softdrink, it tastes alot nicer than MacDonald's hamburgers are big lots in them, I'm fussy and go there often. Worth a look, heaps better than MacDonald's.

Tried the new Fried chicken burger. I think they have to just let McDonald's lead this. It was flavourless thick chuck of chicken between buns! Not going to be trying this again!

Fast drive through, the usual Hungry Jack's food that you expect. Conveniently located and well worth a visit

I went to echuca hungry jacks today and ordered a grill chicken burger and it so dry and cold will never recommend them to anyone

One star was way to much to give.
Hungry Jack's it was the worst meal l have ever had. Cold. Oily. Not fresh. The burger was full of fat or oil. It was disgusting. I even reserved the wrong meal size. I will NEVER GO back again. WASTE OF MONEY.
