Hungry Jack's

Very slow at about 10pm. I won't blame the workers I am sure they were working hard but certainly management needs to schedule more staff. Waiting over 15 minutes for a burger and fries is not fast food

Once again I paid for 2 large chips and I didn't get them. I don't know why I keep going there!

This specific hungry jacks has go to be the worst run hungry jacks in Australia. Do not even bother going through drive through, nearly every single time you are STUCK waiting 15-25 minutes! And they still muck up your order! When you drive past, almost every time you will see people REVERSING out of the drive through! It is an absolute joke. I cannot believe it has been like this for months if not longer.

The food was fine, staff friendly enough. We ate in and the place was FILTHY! I had to use detol hand sanitiser and baby wipes to clean the table and seats.
Greasy fingerprints and smudges everywhere. Residue from food like crumbs, lettuce, meat juices accompanied by mayonnaise.etc.
I don't plan on eating in there ever again if I can help it.
And who knows how sanitary that play equipment is outside! You'd want to hope the summer heat kills anything growing out there.

Firstly, an order we had picked up was so wrongly put together that we complained and the store gave a full family meal.when picking the order up second time, it was put together well but the buns were cold etc. I won't be eating there again or any hungry jacks stores for that matter

Hi there hungry jacks. I would like to say that your mill park store is probably the best one in melbourne for freshness. But the reason i am making this review is because there is an absolutely amazing woman named Kim who is probably a real angel on earth. We have been going to the mill park store for over 2 years and Kim the manager is such a sweet woman who has always put customers first. We believe that she deserves a more prestigious position at hungry jacks because we can see how hard she works and always has a smile on her face no matter how busy and hectic things are in there. We have tried to give her a tips for her hard work but she will never take it. Once again she is such a brilliant human being who deserves the world. Thankyou Kim for always looking after us and most importantly being such a good human being. God bless

Bad, very bad, can't pay with my card because system failed, try to tell me is my card problem, go to McDonald's and all fix

I'll give them an extra star for friendly staff but jeez they're slow. It took exactly 40 minutes from walking in the door to getting my order with a line of about 8 people. The fault is with Menulog and the drive-thru getting priority and only having 4 slow people working in the kitchen. Next time I'll pay the extra $6 to have the Menulog people bring it to my table.

Tried the Rebel Whopper, tastes nothing like meat, however, tastes good none-the-less. Not sure if we caught them on a bad day but the staff seemed disinterested and dozy.

Just being in your area, OMG have you seen the parking area around you, KFC too, shame on you, would you dine anywhere around your area its disgusting, very poor, clean up yr act, very very poor.

Dirty toilets Restarant riddled with rubbish strewn on many tables.too long a wait for takeaway Will bypass this place

The bbq cheeseburgers and chips were freshly made. But not a fast food chain, very slow service more than 15 minutes wait for a burger and chips

Great service, quick drive-thru and orders are consistently correct. Although sometimes during late night orders the EFTPOS machines aren't working. Has happened twice in a span of 3 weeks

Slowest service ever seen. Not even busy but still staff is wandering around doing nothing. 20 mint for 2 burgers.

Long drive through wait, sloppy burger, blunt staff interaction.
It's more than obvious the person I placed my order with just didn't want to be there.

It's just buggers. And they're cheap. So. Go for it. Also the place is cleaner than most others.

Do you like cold burgers?

I don't, specially not when a meal that costs $12 and is far from filling.

Just ordered a Vegan burger and it had nothing except for JUST 1 pattie and 1 slice of tomato and some vegan mayo

Buns were stale on three of the hamburgers I got for the kids. Looked like they were made by a 3year old. Service was terrible will NOT be going back again.
