Newly renovated. Overall one of the better HJ in the area and food quality is decent, good thickshakes/ice creams.

The people had a nasty stare with me having to repeat my burger three times and still not getting the one I order and they gave raw bacon in the burger, this place should be shut down

Ordered spicy burger which was ok. Not spicy at all. Need to improve the taste in terms of ️.
Staff was good and helpful.

Good food but not strange setup so not really a comfortable place to eat and the kids play area is outside which makes it no good on rainy/windy/cold days.

We had a very long wait. But the staff were absolutely under the pump. Front staff still polite and apologized for the long wait. They did a great job considering the line up at drive through, uba and walk in orders. The eat in area was very clean. Sometimes it hasn't been. But a great job to the staff working.

This wasn't my usual store but I thought I would try it. Same as the others. You are kept waiting to be served then your food takes awhile. Delivery and drive thru takes priority. Food was pretty good

Just got back home and a bunch of stuff that was suppose to be in the bag that I ordered wasn't even there, you'd think a job you do everyday you'd be able to get it right

Frozen coke machine broken.i’ve cream machine broken.shakes machine broken.and very rude.do your job and fix your machines so we can get stuff.not hard a baby could do better

Went to order using the app, had appalling service, the lady on the phone when we called was extremely rude to my wife and the food never came after a two hour wait. They blamed Menulog, who were actually more helpful but couldn’t get through to these clowns either.

Second time I have tried to order a Storm and second time I've been told the ice cream machine was not working.

Just a burnt chicken between the buns! Disgusting!

Ordered a meal including chips and a water, and added another chips. Only received one chips and coke instead of the water.
Asked for no mayo and no ketchup, but guess what. Got mayo and ketchup. A lot of it.

This place sucks. Asked for a medium whopper meal without cheese and then they continually said with cheese. After sorting that, the lady at the window dropped my change all over the ground. I went to collect my meal (medium whopper and bbq cheeseburger) and they gave me a bag, I did a very quick check and couldn’t see we’ll because they covered everything in chips. To my surprise, there was no whopper, instead there was a chicken Royale. On top of that they didn’t put in the cheeseburger. Worst of all your can’t even walk in. You have to drive through and the line was too long for me to bother going back in. So instead I wrote this review cause why tf not.

Never had a correct meal from this store. My most recent meal I had delivered via UberEats. No lettuce, no tomato. Definitely ignored the order. Also got a flat white. Received a long black.

I don’t know if I’m ordering from an alternative universe or not at this point. Feeling absolutely gas lighted.

Just get the order right. Or hire some children with better reading comprehension.

Terrible customer service, the staff member didnt even say a word, just stood there looking at me until I ordered, tried a new burger from the menu and it was slapped together with no sause and what looked like grisle offcuts of meat. Tables were dirty and had sticky floors. Would not ever go there again. Gross.

I ordered online using app and after we got to the store driving in the rain the store was closed two hours before store closing time and when we asked why it happened the answer was we give you sandwiches tomorrow. They haven’t refunded money. Such a silly story you order because you are hungry and they tell you we give you sandwiches a day later. Very offensive

Came in yesterday (Friday 16th April), was served by Kaitie who provided wonderful customer service. Didn’t have to wait very long for the food and it all tasted great. Thanks Hungry Jacks Mill Park

Was really disappointed with the drive through…. After stopping to ask if the checked the order and was assured it was correct only to home and see it was still missing a patty…. I contacted the store and Ash the manager checked on the order and did a voucher to replace…. Fast and efficient, awesome work Ash, thank you for your empathy and understanding and fast to find a solution

1 cook 1 cashier, place was disgusting, rubbish at the front was like a tip, and food was awful as they were rushed and kept having to check my order as they kept stuffing it up, terrible experience
